Ffluffy pancakesService: amazing, manager was kind and helpful, people at the restaurant on the ground floor were amazing too. Great service.
Room: You can see the airplanes taking off right from your window, yet room is completely sound proof so you won't hear a thing.
Room is quite big, honestly I had no idea I was booking a studio with a fully equipped kitchen (that I didn't use but was a nice surprise) everything was clean and fresh, bed was soft and comfortable.
Food: Soooooo yummy 😋 specially breakfast was pretty enjoyable experience (I got crazy with the donuts and beignets) it had a variety of foods as well as different types of coffee and orange juice.
Location: is next to the airport. You can't miss it.

Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here.
There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

Location & Transportation 📍🚌
Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes.
Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel.
Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day.
Room & Amenities 🛌
Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well.
Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own!
Dining & Service 🥐☕
Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day.
Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions.

GGuest UserThis wasn't my first time booking this hotel, but this time it was a horrible experience. When we arrived, the person at the front desk informed us that there would be a power outage at 11 PM for an unlimited duration! No explanation was given, and there was no commercial gesture (like a complimentary breakfast or anything similar). The power outage did indeed happen, and to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM for 10 minutes! As we were leaving, we asked them to at least offer us complimentary parking. The response from the front desk was, 'You need to pay for parking at the machine!' Luckily for us, the machine was out of order due to the power outage, so they had no choice but to offer it to us for free. Very disappointed with the team's behavior. I'll hesitate to book this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserA great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The food at the hotel restaurants was excellent—especially the fish and chips, which my son absolutely loved.
All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Sandeep at the reception—she was exceptionally warm, cheerful, and always welcoming. She made our stay feel even more pleasant and went out of her way to support and help us whenever needed.
Special thanks to her for the wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all.
The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night.
On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either.
Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

1. Water fountain at the bar, which I can access whenever I want
2. Wonderful breakfast. They made the breakfast and you can get pancakes after 7! The food was warm and delicious. Which made my sterotype for French food more stronger than ever.
3. Large room, with good facilities. Nuke bath amenities, personal showrer and toilet!
4. The employees were one of the nicest and kindest people I've met in France. We have asked sever requests, and they helped us with thier best behavior. (I thought I might, could be spoiled if I stayed here longer lol)
Frankly, if my coworkers need to visit Eragny, I would strongly recommend this place, and my other two coworkers who had stayed with me, agreed.
