4-Star Hotels in Marbella

Amazing location in the middle of the old town close to everything you need. Nice clean and good sized rooms. Overall great and very comfortable

How to say it, this hotel is quite different. First of all, it is very new, the room is good, the bedding bath towels are very new, very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a super large balcony, outside is the swimming pool. But, the used cups are almost not washed, water, one day, no, ask the front desk, some say two bottles, some give several bottles. The location is a bit biased, take a taxi to the city seven or eight euros, there is also a station to go to the city and the pier, each two euros more. There is a supermarket next to it in five minutes and there are also high-end restaurants. There are many Russians living inside, and several at the front desk are also Russians. The breakfast was very general, people didn't feel much, but the waiter felt completely busy and had a good attitude.

The man that checked us in was inpatient and difficult to work with 15minutes to check not needed long time. Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds. Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered. Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

What a great stay... the staff at Aqua were fantastic.. always responsive, helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend them. The apartments were fantastic with everything we needed.. Thanks all..

I spent the weekend in villa marina, I thought the place was nice and cosy, very quite place with good connection to puerto buanos but there is no daily housekeeping and i think it’s overpriced

The suite is large enough to have a bathroom. The balcony is large with lounge chairs and tables and chairs for rest on the balcony. Clean and change tablecloths and tea towels every day. Provide detergent and sponge blocks. The dishwasher and washing machine are not big, the problem is that we are not familiar with this type of equipment, so it took a while to check the instructions online. There are many supermarkets around, and it is really good to be a holiday apartment here! The parking garage is easy to enter and exit, and you can enter and exit at any time. Very close to the sea, there are various restaurants on the seaside promenade. About 1 km from the old town. Walking is acceptable. The hotel has various facilities such as massage, beauty, swimming, etc. Long stay will not be boring.

Front desk seriously needs to brush up on their English skills. Location is a bit far if you don’t have a car. Rooms were impeccable and very clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows were plenty in the big sized bed. Pool facilities was nice, of course at this time of the year pool is cold. I left Britain to see more brits, but i guess it’s a bank holiday where else would they be?

The location is absolutely fantastic and the air conditioning is excellent.

На сайте я зарезервировал кровать queen - size так как нас было двое и мы семейная пара, для нас это очень важно. Но по итогу хоть и отель 5 звёзд, но в первый и во второй день нам предоставили 2 односпальные кровати с отдельными матрасами, при этом кровати на колесиках и разъезжаются в разные стороны. На просьбу улучшить или сменить номер на нужный для нас , они просто добавили тонкий матрас, что не решило проблем в общем. И удобства не принесло и мы не смогли нормально высыпаться так было не удобно.

I booked 3 junior suits, we were traveling 5 adults and 4 children and in the reservation it was clearly stated that children from 3 to 7 years old entered the room for free. We arrived and they did not have my reservation and they put us in 3 normal rooms with an extra very uncomfortable bed. One of the very small rooms, with a strong smell of tobacco and facing the highway, we could not sleep well. I would like a refund of the overcharge. Thank you
