GGuest UserOne of my best accommodation experiences so far! Outstanding location, the most professional staff, great rooftop together with bar, chill area and a swimming pool. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfasts varied, fresh and very tasty, served until noon. We felt great there, greeted not only by outstanding receptionists, but also cleaning service or people serving the breakfast. Our point of contact was usually Javier and he made us feel very welcomed- extremely professional, nice and well mannered person! In case I will come back to Malaga- I will definitely choose Room Mate Valeria.

WWenchaThe best apartment I've ever lived in Spain, the location is very convenient and close to everything, the check-in process is very professional, it's very comfortable to live in, it feels great to have a balcony, the sound insulation is also good, the only drawback is that the cleaning service is not included for three nights, there will be a lot of garbage, it would be better if the cleaning service could be included!

SSanjulaGreat location. Close to all attractions in Madrid and right in the middle of cafes restaurants and shops. Tastefully decorated apartment with all amnesties. They had thought of everything. Only thing I would have liked is some laundry liquid to be able to use the washing machine. Highly recommended for families with kids who need the extra space on holiday. No cleaning service provided but since we stayed for two days we didn’t need it. Very friendly and efficient service at the reception.

The room was clean and stylish; I appreciated the minimalist design, though it was a bit small — once my suitcase was open, there was little space left to move around. Two staff members were flirting at the front desk when I approached, which didn’t feel very professional. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed throughout my stay.

The service was exceptional—staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. SSavy GandhiThe hotel location is amazing. Breakfast is great but one day in the morning my wife was eating a cake and it had a mold on it. There is a water and free coffee station is also very good. The cleaning girl changed the bedsheets and towels but always missed to sweep the floor. We did complaint at the reception. The reception people were very helpful all the time. Everyone spoke English with us and was easy to explain. AC is centrally controlled so you cannot do much if you want to decrease the temp.

The hotel is clean and feels new, which we really appreciated.
However, I’ve seen many newer hotels lose their quality after a few years because cleanliness standards decline and they end up relying only on stylish design and attractive photos.
I hope that doesn’t happen here. Please continue maintaining the property well and paying attention to detailed cleaning so this hotel can stay as nice as it is now.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping.
