The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

AAiweishishiyanThis is the best apartment I've ever stayed in (the best in my 18 years of independent travel abroad). My first reaction upon moving in was, ”One night is too little.” It has everything I could possibly need. It's practically brand new, with a well-designed layout. There was even parking right outside my door, and it's very close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum. I highly recommend it.
Also, after my stay, I immediately checked the group's website to see what's happening in other cities.

AAnonymous UserWe had tickets to the musical Tarzan and booked an overnight stay at the Mercure Hotel. The Stage Apollo Theater is a stone's throw away, a five-minute drive away. The staff is friendly. After a great breakfast, we began our journey home.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has easy access to supermarkets but limited choices of restaurants. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. But cleaning takes place every other day. Breakfast average.

IIbbekEverything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend.

DDaMedUnfortunately, everything has gone so far with us. It went on when checking, the breakfast booked was not with the system and therefore not available to us. This was the way we had a check-in at the arrival, because the staff were completely out of the room. Fortunately, our provider has resolved the problem very quickly, so we have to pay for money but get it refunded. This delay left us no time to watch the room, as the key chip was not programed and we therefore lost time again. We moved shortly and went up to the booked, external event. When returned it was so ugly. The toilet was completely sprayed at the toilet edge with dry urine, this was also seen on the outer side of the coat. However, since the porter had already referred to the breakfast booking to the morning at night, we couldn't do anything at about 23.30. Then then we presented the photos made at the reception next morning. Here we were first informed that we must report this directly at arrival, but after the explanation of the departure the Lord took our photos and will clarify it with the head of the cleaning company. We were allowed to take a drink from the refrigerator as an excuse for everyone's exit, that was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, this is too many errors for us at once, especially since another couple of problems with the booked breakfast, as well as a couple of problems with the room and all that all alone in the time we advertise in the morning, as well as the checkout. Concluded: The hotel is no longer in question for us

GGero LichtNice rooms, clean, very good location - but what doesn't go, provide a room where you know that heating doesn't go. Have the reception spoken shortly after arrival, it called it looked a technician, the evening heating still didn't go, the postporter said you couldn't do anything anymore and the next day the lady told us at the Reception that you should renew this gas first, and that is known ... Why then give out this room?
Curant or rebates equal to zero - damage, but this chain is dead for us!
So in summer you can recommend it .... :-)
