I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Room Quality: The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night. Service: The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall Experience: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. Veeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style. Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P

What I liked was the self check-in. It was super easy to do online beforehand by entering my details, and then on-site, all I had to do was enter my booking number at the terminal, get the card – done, excellent. The room was sufficient for a weekend; I'd question it for a longer stay. The bed mattress was comfortably firm, and the shower was nicely spacious, including a small shower gel. I found the small hand soap disappointing. Personally, I just prefer a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser – that should really be standard these days. But that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Great connections, the train station was practically right on the doorstep, so you could get everywhere quickly. The room also looked clean when I first entered it, the only pity was that the mirror light in the bathroom was broken, which apparently wasn't noticed. For the price, it was absolutely fine. I had a small, poky room.

The room was newly renovated, tastefully furnished, and very clean. The amenities were also very good, including tea, coffee, water, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I had booked a room with a balcony for an extra charge, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. The hotel has not responded to my inquiry to date. My question about the availability of an iron also went unanswered. Since there is neither a reception nor security staff to assist in case of problems, the lack of communication is a real drawback. The location is right in the city center. The first night was very quiet, but on the second night, guests smoked and talked loudly in the courtyard until 2:00 a.m., which could be heard up to the 7th floor.

The first two days, there were no vacancies and I stayed in a family room on the top floor by myself, which felt great. But this time I stayed in a standard room on the second floor. Everything was good, but the bathroom was enclosed and the stench was extremely strong. The smell could not be dissipated no matter what I did. It was useless to turn on the exhaust fan and air conditioner all day and all night.

A separate parking tower is located next to the hotel building, offering paid parking. While there aren't many restaurants nearby, Rewe is within walking distance, making it convenient. There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

It was a pleasent stau. The staff was really nive ,the room was also nive and the breakfeast was a Buffet that Had a lot of choises.

The coffee machine was bad. The electric card in the room was bad at the beginning, and the light could not be turned on. I said that the front desk did not believe it and I had to come up to see that we were not diagnosed before changing one, and there was no apology for the whole process.

The environment is quite nice and quiet. The front desk service was very enthusiastic; they immediately reassigned me to a new room when the AC in my first room was broken. I really appreciate that. The breakfast looked very rich and plentiful, but I didn't get to try it due to a tight schedule. Definitely recommended.

The rooms were like an annex to the reception. The room for one person was spacious and clean. A few steps from supermarkets and bus stop.
