4-Star Hotels in Yingde

This time I chose this old star hotel to travel with my elderly family members. I also saw the good reviews written by everyone. At first I thought it might be unreal, but after entering, I felt at ease. It was really as everyone said. The service, environment, hygiene, and geographical location were satisfactory. It was much better than those homestays. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic and attentive. He also upgraded my suite to make it easier to take care of the elderly, and sent me goodnight fruit, which was very heartwarming. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Yingde!

This time I stayed at Xianglong Hotel and the experience was very good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the Yingxi Peak Forest Corridor, 10 minutes drive away, suitable for staying in the scenic spot. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful, the public areas and rooms are cleaned spotlessly, and the hygiene is quite in place. It is especially worth mentioning that the laundry room has a large space and is fully equipped, which is very practical for guests who live or travel with their families. Breakfast is a surprise, very local characteristics, especially the bowl of tea porridge, fragrant warm stomach, with local side dishes, eating very comfortable. If you want to find a clean, convenient, and feel the local flavor of the hotel, Xianglong Hotel is a good choice.

A large lawn can be used for activities. There are handmade activities for children in the afternoon. Don't worry about the children not playing. The butler service is intimate. You will add WeChat in advance to guide you to check in before departure. I am very satisfied with a trip.

Given its mountain location, it's common to encounter small insects. If you're not bothered by this, it could be a good choice. However, there was an issue with the staff regarding the tickets for the Yingxi Peak Forest T3 Organic Tea Garden. We were short-changed on the complimentary tea garden tickets. For our group of three adults and one child, they only provided three tickets instead of the four we should have received. The staff initially claimed that two children could enter with one adult, but upon reaching the tea garden, we were forced to purchase an additional ticket. This meant we were essentially scammed out of one ticket, which was incredibly frustrating. Everything else was largely fine, so I'm baffled why they would cause such an unpleasant experience just to save the cost of a single ticket.

First time staying here, very satisfied, good service attitude, large room, nice view, convenient for eating and drinking, especially the Ito hot spring water is very authentic and smooth! Worth coming again! Recommended!

The room was very clean and new, with a quiet and comfortable environment. It looked beautiful at night with the lights on. However, we were not satisfied with the front desk service. We checked in around 4:20 PM, but the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Also, I booked the room under an English name, and the customer service couldn't find my reservation. We later found out that our original room type was given to another guest! In the end, they upgraded us to a different room type.
