The room was very nice, well-equipped, soundproofed, and clean. There was no odor in the entire room. The service was excellent. The front desk staff upgraded the room type free of charge because I had a child with me. In short, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Take the children, the homestay is in the Baligou Scenic Area, close to the Tianjie Mountain Jingjiao Station 100 meters, the environment is good, the design of the homestay is very beautiful, there are charging piles, the staff is very kind, the service is very good, compared to the star hotel, and the dishes are also good, suitable for bringing children, daughter likes it very much, have the opportunity to come again.

滿意滿意 這次入住體驗特別滿意。房間衞生做得很到位，洗漱用品全部是獨立包裝，乾淨放心，浴巾，毛巾摸起來特別柔軟，面巾都是一次性的，紙巾用的還是心相印，訂的標間帶有大落地窗，到前台跟服務員小姐姐説了我的要求，安排了帶小桌子的房間，住着很舒服。前台服務熱情周到，不是那種走流程式的接待，待人親切暖心，下次來還選這家酒店！

The cleanliness was exceptional, no strange odors or dust anywhere. The room was quiet, and the internet speed was stable, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The room itself was spacious, clean, and felt very secure. The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive, and they were particularly friendly towards children. The hotel's location is super convenient with great transport links and all the amenities you could need nearby. We felt completely at ease and comfortable during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my whole family was very satisfied.

I've always preferred staying at established hotels (great locations and good dining options), and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Located in the city center, opposite a plaza and garden, and a 10-minute walk from People's Park, it's perfect for an evening stroll. All three branches of Pang Donglai are only 2-3 kilometers away, and I finally got to visit the incredibly popular Pang Donglai! The hotel room was spacious, and they even provided fruit. A special mention goes to the hotel's Chinese restaurant: retired people tend to eat dinner early, so we went to the restaurant around 5 pm, but there was no one there. We asked the lobby manager, who immediately called the restaurant to inform them that we had hotel guests wanting to dine. The restaurant promptly turned on the lights and warmly welcomed us. Seeing that there were only two of us, they even told us not to order too much. We had authentic Yellow River carp and mutton stew noodles – delicious! Overall, a great experience!

The overall hotel is very new, the rooms are new and clean, well maintained, not the kind because of the new decoration. The most worried towels and bedding are also relieved. This bathrobe is very comfortable. When I go out, I put the dirty clothes in the dirty clothes. The waiter also helped to wash them and sent them to the room. In addition, I drank a lot of water on the first day (I went out to play and brought back a few bottles to the room). The next day I put four bottles of water in my room. This detail is too intimate. The room was quiet and the sound insulation was good. You can check out at 2 pm, it is really conscience! I have to play again and stay here.

Probably one of the best hotels in the area as recommended by our business partner, overall it's acceptable even though not top notch. I guess they are not very experience with receiving international customers that from processing passport check in to unavailable to accept international credit card are areas of improvement they can work on.

An established four-star business hotel with a quiet environment and ample parking on-site. It's very convenient for getting around, not far from three Pang Dong Lai stores, and the hotel even provides electric tricycles. The staff respond very promptly to any issues and provide warm service. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast includes authentic local *hulatang*.

The location is relatively biased, but on the side of the road, it is very convenient to drive. Parking is convenient, the front desk service is warm, the room cleaning is also very timely, very satisfied, the room is very cost-effective.
