They helped me solve various problems and sent me a guide to food and travel in Xinxiang. The mattress and bedding are comfortable, the shower is big and good, and the air conditioning is powerful. I came to Xinxiang to visit Pang Donglai and chose this hotel. It is about 5 kilometers away from the supermarket. The surrounding area is relatively deserted and there is nothing worth visiting. It was too much to have nothing at this time. The freshly made area only had egg noodles and wontons, and the person who cooked the noodles was wearing a shirt, without even a chef's clothes and hat. I hope it will be improved. The breakfast is really bad!

住過最差的酒店沒有之一，周圍除了加油站什麼也沒有，入住當天洗澡後發現漏水，聯繫前台衹回了一句打開地漏就可以，由於時間太晚，我自己擦乾水，第二天又發生漏水，聯繫前台派了一個保潔打掃，並告知維修和負責人員已下班，要明天能解決，經過反覆協商，説可以給換一間房，換過的房間更離譜，沙發墊後面有上一房客剩下的外賣袋，衞生間地漏和牆上有上一房客的頭髮，房間網絡時有時無，第二天經理來解釋説1209已經維修過多次，沒有修好的房間為什麼給客人住？漏水當天明知道是維修多次的房間為什麼不派人查看而是敷衍了事？出現漏水沒第一時間幫助換房而需要我們多次協商？最可笑的是酒店微信消息，希望我們好評，衹需要複製粘貼即可，這麼多好評都是靠刷出來的麼？想要顧客滿意希望先提升自己的工作和管理吧。
