Facilities: The room had two 1.5-meter beds that could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family traveling with two children. It also had a refrigerator, a balcony, and a separate wet/dry bathroom – the room's amenities were excellent. Ambiance: The hotel is in a newly built and renovated building. The lobby is very grand and offers mountain views. Service: Upon check-in, I realized they are part of the Hanting Group (like Home Inn), and this seems to be their upscale brand. Most guests here are climbing Mount Tai, and the front desk provides complimentary hiking poles, prayer ribbons, portable raincoats, and bottled water – a thoughtful 'four-piece set' for hikers. They were extremely well-prepared. Cleanliness: The restaurant is integrated with Lu Cai Gen on the first floor. Breakfast was very rich, maintaining chain standards while also featuring local Tai'an specialties. Overall, I was very satisfied. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 6-day, 5-night trip to Shandong.

My mother and I traveled during the off-season, and this was our first time booking this hotel. It's easily accessible by taxi or bus from Taohuayu in Taishan, making it very convenient. The hotel provided a complimentary buffet breakfast and upgraded our room for free. Our original room didn't have a bathtub, but they upgraded us to one with one, complete with disposable bath liners – very convenient! After two tiring days of sightseeing in Taishan, a soak here was incredibly relaxing. Facilities: It's a villa area with a predominantly Chinese-style interior. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. There's a smart toilet (so your bottom won't be cold in winter), a shower with a seat (so you can sit while showering if you're tired), a non-slip mat that adheres to the floor (very safe!), and a foot bath – perfect for relieving sore feet after a long day of sightseeing. Cleanliness: Very clean, and all disposable items were packaged and sterilized, which was very reassuring. Environment: Very close to Taohuayu and Tianping Lake. The buffet was also delicious, with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was excellent. My mother was extremely satisfied. This was a wonderfully surprising experience, and we will definitely book with this company again when my parents go on vacation together.

We visited Taian for the first time and arrived quite late in the evening. Check-in was smooth — the staff were expecting us, and we received our room in just three minutes. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift from the hotel — yogurt and fresh fruit. The room was exactly as described in the booking: very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped with all the essentials — toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and more. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30 and offers a wide variety of dishes, including salads, soups, meat, dumplings, pastries, fruits, coffee, and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The place was nice and neat I stayed in the romantic waterbed room (as it was the only smoking room left). Tons of places around the hotel to visit pretty much everything you would want was within walking distance. The only drawbacks I had were the breakfast and the WiFi. For breakfast it said some western options but there was none if you count the juice and coffee then ok but far as selections there was cold meat vegetable stir fry a bunch of soups noodles and some fruit. On my last night around midnight the internet cutoff and didn’t come back on at all. For single travelers it’s not a bad place to stay if you spend more time exploring the city versus staying in all day.

I booked a room at Taian Xiyuan Mountain Residence Hotel through the Ctrip app. The hotel has a great location with very convenient transportation, right next to the Taohuayuan cable car shuttle parking lot. The hotel lobby is clean and elegant, with a shopping counter and massage chairs! The room facilities are clean and beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the bedding and linens are spotless and in excellent condition, making it very comfortable and reassuring. The hotel front desk staff are highly professional and have a strong service awareness. Every employee greets you warmly. The overall hotel service is very warm, meticulous, and thoughtful, making you feel at home and very comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the shower room is spacious, and the water pressure is excellent, making showering very comfortable. Check-out is quick and easy, without waiting for room checks, and the hotel has seamless WiFi coverage. The dining is superb, with delicious food in the restaurant, making it an excellent choice for business and leisure travel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will highly recommend it to my friends.

This hotel is a hidden gem at the foot of Mount Tai! The location is fantastic, right near Tianwai Village and super close to the hiking entrance, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's environment is tranquil, surrounded by mountains and forests with fresh air, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the scenic area. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the facilities are brand new. The bedding is comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service is also incredibly thoughtful; the front desk staff are welcoming and even offer free hiking pole rentals. After a tiring climb, this place is the perfect resting spot. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mount Tai!

I went back to my hometown during the Qingming Festival in 2024 and found this new cooperative hotel on Ctrip. The price was very suitable, less than 200 yuan for a county-level city. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. The room was clean, especially the bedding. The front desk clerk was enthusiastic and sent tea and snacks in the evening. It was very cost-effective and deserves a five-star rating. I will stay in this hotel again when I come back.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the entrance of Mount Tai scenic area, within walking distance. The main building of the hotel is next to the reservoir, and you can enjoy mountain and water views from the rooms, which is very comfortable. The service staff are also very attentive, contacting you before check-in to explain some details. However, the water pressure in the shower in the room was a bit weak, making showering uncomfortable; also, the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The breakfast was quite plentiful, but it would be better if a buffet was offered, since everyone's tastes are different, and the set menus cannot cater to everyone's appetite.

Basically every time Xintai travels, I live in Rongfeng. The highlight is that the breakfast is very rich, there are many dishes, various soups, various porridges, and good fruit quality. The environment of the new building in the south building is much better than the north building, and the interior is spacious.
