Another absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed. Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given. The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu. Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

This hotel is nestled in the tranquil Puluo Village, offering stunning, unobstructed lake views. The rooms are well-designed, and it's a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Daloshui, creating an incredible ambiance. The super-sized floor-to-ceiling windows in the room directly face Lugu Lake, allowing you to watch the morning mist and the 'sunset orange sea' from your bed – the views are completely unobstructed and make for fantastic photos. The entire room is smart-home enabled, the mattress is comfortable, and the amenities are well thought out. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the housekeeper is equally thoughtful, coordinating everything before check-in, arranging transfers, and even preparing sweet evening soup – the whole experience was excellent. Breakfast is abundant, and you can enjoy it while admiring the lake view. The terrace and observation deck offer picturesque scenes everywhere you look. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in Lugu Lake, this place comes highly recommended.

Facilities: Very new. I booked a loft room with a terrace, and the floor-to-ceiling panoramic window was amazing. It was incredibly relaxing to sit on the terrace and enjoy Lugu Lake on a clear day. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: The amenities provided were very thoughtful. The room had sanitary pads, disposable face towels, insect repellent, eye masks, and earplugs, showing how much effort they put into preparing essentials. They offered shuttle service to and from Daloshui Village; just contact them, and a car arrives within five minutes. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic; they even washed, dried, and returned my clothes. Their attitude was superb. This is truly the most delightful hotel I've encountered on my Yunnan trip so far!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite! The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

My first review on Ctrip is dedicated to Muyu Guesthouse in Lugu Lake. As someone who doesn't like to do much research, I'm always afraid of being misled by online photos before booking. After browsing hundreds of hotels and guesthouses, I finally chose Muyu, which I suppose was fate. The result far exceeded my expectations: the entire guesthouse is decorated in warm orange tones, and every room exudes a cozy and romantic atmosphere. I especially loved the small garden on the first floor—among the guesthouses in the area, only Muyu has maintained its plants so meticulously, perfect for photos and for pets to play in. The short-haired landlady is efficient and warm, with a natural radiance in her conversation. From the spatial layout to the service details, her thoughtfulness is evident everywhere. Even the recommended local restaurants were a pleasant surprise. Lugu Lake is already a paradise worth visiting repeatedly, and Muyu's existence gives this longing a true home. After returning home, Mr. Z was inspired to write a poem for Muyu as a token of his gratitude: Muyu: Emerald green hills creep up the steps at dawn, the reed gates open to reveal a lush dew. Muyu The aroma of beans cooked in the spring fills the house; the cauldron, like clouds, is simmered, its surface shimmering like silk. Occasionally, mountain birds are called to add to the wild vegetables; sometimes, the moon shines on the fragrant cup. The most sentimental is the guest by the abyss, who rises at dawn to simmer a soup of fine, delicate ingredients.

The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. They also offered pick-up and drop-off services with a very nice vehicle, and helped with our luggage. The service attitude was truly outstanding.

First off, the room and the hotel's overall environment were great. They even offer a complimentary travel photography service. The Zhimma housekeeper thoughtfully prepares afternoon tea and, after a long day of exploring, sweetly brings you a Tremella soup – truly a nice touch. They also provide contact information for activities you're interested in and patiently answer all your questions. The breakfast was the most abundant and meticulously prepared I've seen in all my years of traveling. When you arrive by bus, they wait for you in advance, and when you leave, they help with your luggage. Zhimma is incredibly strong; one girl carried two suitcases up and down the stairs at the same time, so cute! If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose to stay at Sanshe Yunhe again.

The room was absolutely stunning! My partner and I just sat on the balcony all day on our first day. The hotel even provided afternoon tea, and enjoying it there made the four-hour bus ride completely worth it. Since the hotel is quite close to the lake, and not directly facing the street, passersby can't really see in, offering better privacy than some of the hotels further away from the lake. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious, and eating breakfast in the cafe while enjoying the views was truly wonderful. They also offer shuttle service to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. It's generally very quiet from after 10 PM until 8 AM. After 8 AM, you might hear some tourist chatter, but as I'm sensitive to noise, I just wore earplugs and it was fine. Of all the places I've stayed in Yunnan, Lugu Lake was where I slept the most comfortably. It was incredibly relaxing, whether it was sunny or raining.
