The hotel is nestled in a mountain valley, in a nice environment. It's in the same area as the Holiday Inn, which initially confused me. You need to take a shuttle bus from the Holiday Inn entrance to the innermost part of the hotel. Although they belong to the same company, the service and facilities are separate. There are eight private hot spring villas, with one, two, and four bedrooms. We booked a two-bedroom pool villa. The room was large, with two suites, a shared bathroom, and a tatami area in the living room for tea or sleeping. You can soak in the hot spring on your room's terrace, in the public outdoor pool, or in the indoor pool (you need to shower and not wear clothes before soaking). The hot spring center is open to the public and has indoor facilities for children, such as a ball pit, Lego, slides, and crafts. There are also areas for adults to play games, enjoy a sauna, and have tea. The rest area also offers fruit and ice cream. A wide variety of drinks (unlimited). Although the hotel wasn't crowded, we guests received one-on-one butler service. Our butlers were Shuangming and Anna. In the morning, the butlers delivered drinks and fruit to our room. We could also choose our own food. In the evening, there was a bedtime dessert soup. Throughout the day, any fruit or drink we wanted could be delivered to our room, including meals (which require an extra charge). When we encountered any problems with the room facilities, the butlers did their best to help and find solutions without any negligence. This sincere service spirit is truly rare. The staff at the restaurant and hot spring center were also very attentive and enthusiastic, proactively providing service. Thumbs up! 👍

The handsome guys and beautiful women gave us a small gift from Ninghai when we checked in. We upgraded the room in time and gave us a feeling of going home. The upgraded room has a public terrace. You can see the night view of Ninghai at night. It is very beautiful. Going to the Xiake Restaurant next to it and giving us a discount. The hotel is on the side of Xuxiake Avenue. Parking is convenient. Although there are not many people staying, the breakfast is very rich. The butler is intimate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is authentic and fresh. You can walk around the ancient villages, the mountains are quiet and healing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Suitable for weekend relaxation, photo gathering, has been recommended to friends, will come again next time!

I asked the front desk and found out it's from Xilinmen. The owner is so generous! The hair dryer was also very useful. It's compact and powerful, but the air is gentle, not the kind that blasts straight at your head. It's incredibly comfortable! The breakfast options aren't extensive, but the flavors are quite good. The bread made fresh by the dedicated pastry chef is beautifully presented. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly! The front desk lady was also very welcoming and patient, and even gave me a souvenir before I left. I highly recommend it!

In the evening, the white walls and black tiles, paired with the greenery and flowing water in the courtyard, were so stunning I snapped tons of photos and shared them on Instagram. 😄 The room was incredibly stylish, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible! The biggest surprise was the smart technology that lets you turn on and off the lights, adjust the air conditioning, and even play sleep music with voice control. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly, making my stay truly wonderful! I give it a five-star rating without hesitation!
