Our room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the full-house floor heating was a real treat, making it super cozy. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when visiting Bipenggou.

The room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

My business stay was excellent. The hotel facilities are new, and the room's soundproofing was very effective, ensuring a peaceful rest. Although the wait was a bit long during peak check-in time, front desk staff member 02 handled everything very professionally. She not only processed the procedures efficiently but also proactively offered a late check-out option. The next day, when I needed to print some documents, she quickly coordinated a solution. Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. Second time staying here. This time we booked a loft, which our kids absolutely loved. The 4th floor was pretty quiet, except for a bit of noise from the restaurant kitchen's exhaust fan in the morning. Since it's the off-season, the hot spring pools weren't crowded, allowing us to enjoy them freely.

The room was quite spacious. The hotel's location is rather secluded, which means it can be a bit hard to find at night. The biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely its backyard garden, which is clearly well-maintained. There's a good variety of villas. I heard there are many hot spring pools, but we didn't try them out as I was worried about my family getting altitude sickness. Overall, the lighting is quite dim. I think it's more suited for elderly guests looking for a relaxing retreat than for families with kids, haha.
