The whole estate felt like the proprietress was hosting everyone herself. She was constantly in the lobby and dining area, greeting guests during check-in and at breakfast the next day. There are also several adorable dogs here that immediately come over for pets! The amenities and breakfast at the hotel are excellent. The lobby offers a variety of snacks, all from Sam's Club, which you can just grab and eat. There's also a massage chair, a fireplace, and more. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer direct views of the autumn leaves. In the evening, the large pool in the garden is filled with hot spring water, and soaking in it during cold weather is incredibly comfortable. It's a genuine hot spring, and Guzhou itself is famous for its hot springs. Some room types even have private hot tubs. It's truly relaxing and helps soothe away the fatigue of a long journey.

Today, I finally have time to give the boss a big praise. We have not arrived yet. The boss has turned on the floor heating. The two couples are very enthusiastic. They help us carry things, arrange food, and introduce the surrounding attractions and hot springs. The yak hot pot is really good, the weight is good, I can’t finish it, and I have a warm meal. I drank butter tea for breakfast. We all like it very much. The most important thing is that the two guys have made good friends. The boss’s little daughter has a great time together. Take us to pick up pine nuts, I really admire the strength of the kids. The boss’s own painting is very good, very thoughtful, and he has to do outdoor camping. I will definitely try it next time. In short, you will feel the happiness of a family-style homestay. After two small cockroaches go home, they still remember the good friends they made. They said that they will definitely go to her next time. The surrounding wild hot springs are real hot springs, which are a bit rudimentary and the water quality is not bad.

The environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, very thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Parking was convenient, and they were proactive and helpful with our luggage. Our room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the full-house floor heating was a real treat, making it super cozy. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when visiting Bipenggou.

The room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

My business stay was excellent. The hotel facilities are new, and the room's soundproofing was very effective, ensuring a peaceful rest. Although the wait was a bit long during peak check-in time, front desk staff member 02 handled everything very professionally. She not only processed the procedures efficiently but also proactively offered a late check-out option. The next day, when I needed to print some documents, she quickly coordinated a solution. Special thanks to her for making my trip much smoother.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

The most satisfying accommodation on my trip to Western Sichuan, bar none! The room was a floor-to-ceiling mountain view room. Opening the window revealed lush greenery and distant mountains. Waking up to the sound of the wind in the trees in the morning was incredibly healing. The hotel's overall design is very stylish, and the coffee at the cafe is also delicious. Enjoying a coffee and daydreaming amidst the mountains and fields during the day, then gazing at the starry sky at night – it was truly delightful.

The room was quite spacious. The hotel's location is rather secluded, which means it can be a bit hard to find at night. The biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely its backyard garden, which is clearly well-maintained. There's a good variety of villas. I heard there are many hot spring pools, but we didn't try them out as I was worried about my family getting altitude sickness. Overall, the lighting is quite dim. I think it's more suited for elderly guests looking for a relaxing retreat than for families with kids, haha.

Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the hot springs are comfortable, the room is clean, and the service is warm and attentive. It's the perfect place to unwind and definitely worth revisiting.
