凱里這家黔呈萬博薈酒店！整體住下來給人感受還不錯房間打掃細緻，環境衞生不錯。大堂很大，視覺效果很好，一點都不壓抑，辦入住中有觀察了大堂，色彩搭配給人視覺效果很好，很雅緻，酒店樓層都很高，服務員給我開的房間在21樓，高層落地窗坐擁開闊高空城景，視野絕佳。客房配備AI語音智能客控，語音操控燈光窗簾非常便捷。晚上睡覺床墊軟硬適中，助眠效果很好的。對我這樣睡眠不好，經常起夜的人來説是福音，房間設施嶄新齊全，前台服務熱情貼心，很用心推薦當地的美食，出行住宿體驗感拉滿，以後有機會來凱里，還是會選擇這家酒店。哈哈哈，這次的體驗感不錯，很少會誇酒店。

The Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel is located in the heart of Kaili, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel offers dedicated parking both above and underground, which is very handy. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the front desk, there's a tea station and coffee machine with various herbal teas, along with a display cabinet offering afternoon tea items like fruits, cakes, and beverages, all complimentary for guests. The staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which is really heartwarming – truly living up to its highly-rated reputation. The room itself feels spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. Many thoughtful details stand out, such as dual bathrooms, disposable facial towels, disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, as well as alcohol wipes and shoe-shine cloths. These small touches really showcase the hotel staff's attentiveness and care. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and our whole family slept soundly. The hotel's breakfast is abundant and varied, with a good mix of meat and vegetarian options, and the taste is fantastic. The shrimp cakes, Ai Cao Baba (mugwort cakes), freshly baked bread, and beef rice noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel also offers complimentary lunch and late-night snacks. We didn't have lunch, but we enjoyed the late-night snacks twice, which included congee, small dishes, and rice noodles – very good! Upon check-out, they even gave us a bottle of sour soup base as a gift, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend this excellent value-for-money hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kaili or Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Qianhu Miao Village, making it ideal for self-driving tourists who prefer not to stay in guesthouses within the scenic area. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the new Chinese style. There were free hot drinks. The room was spacious and clean. In particular, you had to swipe your room card to enter the elevator, and you felt safe. This hotel is also very advanced. It is fully intelligent. The hotel also has robots to help deliver things. The service attitude of the front desk and the housekeeper was also very good, especially for No. 22 and No. 18. They saw that I had a lot of luggage and took the initiative to help me get it to the room. If I had other needs, they were always meeting them. This experience was really great. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come here next time.

The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location was easy to find, the environment was elegant, and it was close to the bus stop. There were many restaurants downstairs, and the facilities were complete, including a smart home system. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. When we left, the front desk staff even gave us some snacks. It was great value for money and highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again next time.

The room was okay. There was a bus stop and a food street downstairs, and it was within walking distance of the Guomao and Aegean Sea areas. However, transportation in Kaili itself is a bit inconvenient. In some places, you have to use underpasses to cross the street; there are no zebra crossings. Taxis are not cheap, and sometimes it's difficult to get one, especially near the high-speed rail south station and Xijiang Miao Village.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price.
