凱里這家黔呈萬博薈酒店！整體住下來給人感受還不錯房間打掃細緻，環境衞生不錯。大堂很大，視覺效果很好，一點都不壓抑，辦入住中有觀察了大堂，色彩搭配給人視覺效果很好，很雅緻，酒店樓層都很高，服務員給我開的房間在21樓，高層落地窗坐擁開闊高空城景，視野絕佳。客房配備AI語音智能客控，語音操控燈光窗簾非常便捷。晚上睡覺床墊軟硬適中，助眠效果很好的。對我這樣睡眠不好，經常起夜的人來説是福音，房間設施嶄新齊全，前台服務熱情貼心，很用心推薦當地的美食，出行住宿體驗感拉滿，以後有機會來凱里，還是會選擇這家酒店。哈哈哈，這次的體驗感不錯，很少會誇酒店。

Had a wonderful time at this accommodation, the staff (阳阳 and 粟某) were so friendly and attentive even before we arrived, coordinating everything we needed including helping us to charter a private car for our day trips! They even provide a free itinerary planning service and gave lots of great tips and recommendations throughout our stay, checking in on us even when we were out exploring and giving real time recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Overall I highly recommend staying here when in Kaili!

The hotel is conveniently located near the road, making it easy to get around. The lobby is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are all smiles and very enthusiastic during check-in. They mentioned that after checking in, we could receive complimentary fruit, milk, and soup. They also offer laundry service, where clothes are washed, dried, and returned to the room, with no limit on the number of items or times. All the hotel staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

I stayed in this hotel some time ago and had a great experience! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see the simple and elegant decoration style, warm lighting and exquisite ornaments, the atmosphere is warm and upscale. When checking in, the front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and the efficiency is very high. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was of moderate firmness, the linens were clean and soft, and it was super comfortable to sleep in. The hotel restaurant has a rich variety of dishes with excellent taste. The breakfast also offers many varieties, which are nutritious and delicious. The gym is fully equipped to meet your daily exercise needs. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation and many places to eat and shop. I will choose this one next time I go out

The hotel has a great environment and is very convenient whether you drive or take a taxi. There is free parking, and it's very close to the city center. There are restaurants downstairs, and the receptionist was very patient in recommending local good food. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with a particularly soft bed that I slept very well. The breakfast was also delicious and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in Dashizi, making transportation very convenient. You can easily hail a taxi to Xianglu Mountain early in the morning, and on a clear day you can see the sunrise – it's even better if you go with a companion! The rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities; the toilet comes with a seat cover, and even a sewing kit is provided for emergencies. If you're too tired to leave the hotel, you can eat in the restaurant. Condiments are provided on each table when you need more ingredients for breakfast. For those wanting to experience local life, you can visit Kaili's No. 1 and No. 2 shopping malls, which have a vibrant, lively atmosphere. There's a night market street right near the hotel, within walking distance. The receptionist, number 22, was very patient and gave us some helpful suggestions for sightseeing, which was great, so we extended our stay for two more nights.

She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price.
