Facilities: Located above the 2200 lobby, no need to get up early to wait for the bus up the mountain. Cleanliness: Very clean, not spotless, but very good. Environment: Stunning scenery with views of the snow-capped mountains and ski resort. The car is right next to it. Service: The service is top-notch. Having stayed in many hotels, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Motorcycle transfers were provided, and they always helped with luggage and skis. Even if you don't want to ski into the hotel after reaching 2200, you can call a car for a transfer. The staff were incredibly friendly. TUI BLUE is indeed a global chain of high-end resorts. Thumbs up! 👍

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles. I usually dislike overly talkative front desk staff, but they handled this situation perfectly – they were concise, focused on the essentials, and promptly resolved any issues. The breakfast and milk tea were excellent. The room was the cleanest I've stayed in here, with a beautiful environment and unique design. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the front desk phone is available 24/7. The staff are very polite when answering the phone. The hotel smelled lovely upon entering, and the traditional Chinese design was refreshing. I really liked it!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient parking. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and very modern. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was very generous.

Modern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

I went to Cocotuohai, first went to several hotels around to compare, and finally chose this one! The appearance of the hotel is very atmospheric, the check-in is very fast, all the staff are very enthusiastic, as soon as I enter the room, I find that the welcome fruit has been placed on the table, so intimate! There are also many types of breakfast and it tastes good! The mattress is very comfortable to sleep, the bathroom is also very clean, and the room is soundproofed! I found that the hotel has a lot of supporting services, laundry room, bar, head treatment, and I went to the head treatment room to relax that night! awesome!

I've never met such a wonderful host who treats guests like friends, but today I was lucky enough to find one. The hospitality was generous, magnanimous, and attentive. The hotel was clean and hygienic. The bed was soft, the quilt warm, and the dreams were sweet. It felt more comfortable than home. The food from the girl in the yurt next door was a feast for my taste buds, and I accidentally got drunk. The waters of the Irtysh River are crystal clear, and the smiles of the Shanlan International Hotel are heartwarming, more welcoming than the geraniums of Keketuohai. I'll definitely be staying here next time!

The room heating is sufficient, especially warm, not far from the snow field, convenient transportation, enough to eat in the restaurant downstairs, there is a convenience store on the first floor, the price conscience! Come back next year, live next year! The room is also very good, all kinds of facilities, smart toilet, small audio, electric curtains, TV are particularly large! The scenery outside the window is particularly beautiful! Absolutely no regrets!
