Breakfast: The soy milk was cold, the tofu pudding was average, the bread was low quality (it seemed dried out due to age), the soy sauce separated from the individual packages of strawberry jam (I didn't dare use it), the rice noodles were overcooked, and I couldn't find the coffee spoon by the coffee machine (I asked the lady who gave me a jam knife). 3. There's a conference room on the 19th floor of the hotel. That day, there was a training session (I don't know if it was internal training), and many people were smoking in the hallway, leaving cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard.
