The room was very spacious with modern amenities like an air purifier, water dispenser, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. My family especially loved the Japanese-style tatami mats. Downstairs, there's a good selection of restaurants and entertainment, and you can access them freely with your room card. The front desk service was excellent. The parking lot was quite busy during the day but became very empty after 7 PM. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Connected to mall. There are two halal restaurants in the mall. The staff named 'Bonnie' can speak fluent English & she helped me alot. Thanks Bonie. The room is very clean with big 100' projector. I didnt opt for breakfast this time. Coz i just want to wake up late & being lazy. No doubt , just book this hotel.

The front desk was very welcoming, helped me check in early, and also looked at the room comparison, the aunt was also very enthusiastic! The smell of the lobby is very heavy, there is also a smell in the elevator, the carpet is a bit dirty

The room is very large, especially the double basin in the bathroom and a large bathtub. The biggest advantage is that there is a smart toilet. But the disadvantage is that the 2 rooms are a bit noisy by the road, and there are some problems with the sliding door. The repair master is not there. I moved my nails hard and broke them. In addition, breakfast is really unpalatable. There are not many things and it is cold. Fortunately, it is sent. Let me buy it myself and I will definitely give a bad review. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service.
