For Chinese travelers, having a hot water kettle is incredibly important. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. The washing machine and dryer were a huge convenience, allowing us to pack lighter. The induction cooktop, oven, cookware, dishes, and dishwasher, combined with the large supermarket nearby, made cooking a joy. Australian beef and lamb are truly delicious! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishcloths, salt, and pepper were all provided, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and close to both the beach and tram stops. It's also within the Free Tram Zone. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to assist. This is an excellent choice for families with children.

The location is very convenient, but because you don't have a front desk, be sure to book your check-in time in advance.

The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . .

Check-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~

I stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own.

Overall health, facilities are complete. The only fly in the ointment is that I didn't make the check-in procedures clear earlier. Although I had been asked to pay $300 deposit one day earlier, I needed to enter the credit card information according to the link provided by email to pay the deposit. It was a bit unsafe. Although the deposit was refunded after the deposit, it also eroded the exchange rate difference. Generally, companies will only hold credit but not count. It is not official for the hotel, it may be just a unit owner or long-term tenant, and then sublet to tourists. Before I came over, I had already connected. I planned to pay the deposit when I arrived. When I arrived, I found that I was not in the hotel. I asked for a long time. I used the link to pay the deposit. The other party only sent a short message to explain how to electronic self-service check-in. I lived in Melbourne for several wine points. No one asked for a deposit. Really need and should come over to collect cash and return it immediately when leaving.

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.
