Acd Apartments

This is one unit within an apartment building. It comes with basic amenities, pretty much as described (except for luggage storage!! I'll get to that). All the power outlets are on the floor, so bring extra-long charging cables. You can't get two single beds. There were tons of mosquitoes (or maybe fleas?). It has a washer and dryer, and coffee/tea bags are provided, but no creamer, so you have to buy your own. The faucet handle was broken; it would fall off if you tried to turn it normally and wouldn't stay in place. The most inconvenient part was that they only use traditional keys and access cards. I told the host before arriving that I'd be getting in late and wasn't sure if my Chinese phone card would work. The host still insisted I call him when I arrived. It was already past midnight when I got there, and sure enough, I couldn't make international calls – I almost ended up sleeping on the street. Crucially, his tiny office (which I guess is the front desk, and it's a bit of a distance from the apartment itself – anyway, this isn't a hotel) was pitch black and hard to find. When I finally found it, the phone number on the door was out of service (even my Australian friend couldn't get through when I asked for help). The correct number was on a window next to it, and only then could I call him. He then asked for a credit card pre-authorization of $250 for a deposit. I stayed for 2 nights because of the good location. The host had a notice on the fridge: 'Guests must take out their own trash' (there were no trash bags in the room, only one in a tiny bin in the bathroom, probably holding about 1kg; you have to get your own after that). 'Additional trash will incur a fee, blah blah blah.' So, essentially, there's no service. They also require you to vacate and clean up by 10 AM (which is a common check-out time, fine). We definitely wanted to go out and about before our flight, but the host wasn't at the office and just told us to slip the keys under the door. The door was open, but no one was there to watch luggage, so we had no choice but to drag our suitcases around for half the day (😓).

Convenient transportation and location

The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home.

There is no hair dryer, and the room is a bit unhygienic. It is inconvenient to get the key and store the luggage, and you have to call. If it weren't for the three of us, I would definitely not book this apartment.
