Amazing
GGuest UserWe came to rest & relax for a night before our flight out west . It was an amazing stay. Love the friendly & helpful service of all the employees. The hotel is new and just beautiful. The suites are modern & have everything you could possibly need . Love the extra amenities they offer. Breakfast has many things to offer the whole family and was full & plentiful… Would love to come back and stay longer .

GGuest UserThe room smelled moldy as soon as I opened the door, and there were food residues on the carpet. The most important thing was that the pillow seemed to have not been changed for a long time, and there was a strong smell of hair oil, and the whole bed was filled with this unpleasant smell. I couldn't sleep well all night!
I have stayed here several times, and this is the first time it smells so bad!!!

GGuest UserThe staff was nice but hotel was not in good shape. We were coming to this city to see our daughter’s school function. Then the tropical storm hit, and the event was cancelled. I tried to cancel 48 hours in advance but they did not allow. I even asked if we could just get a rain check and use it when the event was ti be rescheduled 4 weeks later. They said no.
Like I said though, the staff was very nice.
