The hotel is oversold. No matter whether Ctrip or Best Western did not help us find the room. At two o'clock in the morning of the US East, we just got off the plane, took the children and luggage, and ran around the strange snow city to find a hotel. Finally, negotiate with Ctrip to resolve the difference and compensation. 1. Keep payment vouchers; 2. Smooth communication, don't let emotions judge; 3. Stick to defending their rights and interests. I don't mention the excessive requirements, but I don't want a penny.
