One of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

Great and cozy hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The design is beautiful, and the breakfast area is very cute and pleasant. The location is excellent, it’s protected from the wind and noticeably warmer than other parts of Bodrum.
The room includes a small coffee machine, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and bathrobes. The shower itself is great, and the water gets properly hot, which is not always common in touristic places.
The only thing I would recommend is requesting a room on the second floor if possible when booking. The hotel is located in an old historical building, so if you stay on the first floor you may hear people walking in the rooms above.

3 star budget accommodation when you just need a base. It was clean, water was hot, aircon heat was included, kettle for tea/coffee - a nice kitchenette, large balcony, breakfast was a delicious Turkish plate with lots of tea. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the main *****. The Best Part of the Hotel was the Family - we had a bit of a fisco with our car and they went above and beyond on a Sunday to get it fixed for us - for which we were very grateful. We will return the next time we visit maybe in the summer. Thank you Stone House Hotel for your Hospitality and assistance to us.

Phenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Perfect stay at Bodrum

Михаил ГарифуллинA rather pleasant hotel, more of a beach club. There's always something going on, always music, small two-story buildings, and a private pier-like beach. There's a great table tennis area. The food is decent—you won't go hungry, everything is tasty, but nothing fancy. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent internet; it was surprisingly convenient to work.
On the downside: the rooms are a bit dirty, cleaned with a formal walk-through with a wet rag, which takes about two minutes (really). Also, the sound quality in the rooms is fantastic. I could only sleep with earplugs, even when the ”disco” was turned off (which even earplugs didn't help; you'd literally vibrate to the bass).

The hotel location is excellent. Literally a minute and you are on the beach. The hotel itself is very cozy, clean. It was quiet at night. The mattress is hard, but for me this is what you need. If you choose for the future, then this is definitely the ideal option. The only thing is that the water in the shower was a bit cold for me.
Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

Very cool location - close to the beach with a walking area, and to the bus station, from where you can go in any direction. The breakfast seemed to be varied, but I can't say that it was delicious. The room itself is for unpretentious tourists: very tired plumbing that needs to be replaced, rather dark lighting, sometimes cigarettes came from the ventilation, although the room itself did not stink initially. With all this, the hotel has everything you need: toiletries, hot water, a comfortable mattress and pillows (for me this was important), tea / coffee and a kettle, water in the refrigerator, air conditioning. The hotel grounds are a separate conversation, the eyes and soul were happy to be in such a place. Vast green territory, many plants, a large clean pool. In general, the price / quality correspond to each other, for a few nights it is excellent!
