3-Star Hotels in Belgrade

Very-very clean hotel, clean every day. Bed is snowy, bathroom is very pleasant, there is an electric towel dryer. There is a teapot in the room. The area is very good: lots of two-storey houses with pots and flower trees (magnolia, glycinia, cherry), few machines. To the nearest supermarkets (Idea, Aroma) 5 minutes.

We were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

The hotel is located in an old building with a beautiful entrance, right in the city center. This is super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff are polite and friendly. The room comes with a kettle and cups. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability.

The hotel is located between a broken residential area, it is not easy to find at night, and the appearance is very disappointing. Going into the hotel is slightly better. There is no kettle in the room and you need to borrow it from the front desk. This is not very convenient. Everything else is fine.

Exceptional! If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

Although the location is a bit remote, about three kilometers from the center of Zemun, it is very cost-effective and the room is simple and comfortable. You can take bus 707 to Zemun at the door, and take a taxi to the airport in more than ten minutes. The apartment is very quiet and the boss is very nice. We couldn't find the location when we took a taxi and couldn't understand, and the boss took the initiative to come out in the middle of the night to help us communicate.

Good side. The view is good on the higher floors. Depending on the direction, you can also see the night view. It's far from Belgrade Bus Terminal, but if you take bus number 31, which runs nearby, it won't be a problem (it's difficult if you get there during the morning and evening rush hours). There is also a large shopping mall near the hotel, which is convenient. There is a mini fridge. There are security cameras at the entrances and elevators. A disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets boring if you stay for consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a nice view, but the glass is dirty and not clear. Deterioration is noticeable overall.

Initially, I came to the address, went to the reception where they gave me a WhatsApp of a person who redirected me to another address. They did not answer my email before check-in, but they answered quickly in WhatsApp upon arrival. The apartments are comfortable, everything you need is inside. But they asked me for more money than was written in the reservation, I had to sort it out with trip.com support and the owner in the WhatsApp chat. On the last day of checking, we agreed on the amount that was written in the reservation. The heating was bad in early April 2025. There were no accessories for cleaning the room.

Hotel location was great as very near and central to popular tourist attractions. Room itself was very basic and lack cleanliness greatly as found hair all over on the bedcover and on the bed. The room floor was cleaned after the complaint was made about the hair on the bed. Reception staff was helpful and available all the time. The room lack the basic amenities such as kettle and tea and coffee sachets etc. Toiletries were of very low quality as well. Room size was okay for one or max two people. View from the room was okay looking over the centre of the street. Overall very budget hotel okay inly to spend a night or two if you are on a tight budget or need something very basic.
