The hotel is well located next to Warsaw East Station. Staff are accommodating and very helpful. A free welcome drink once you check in. It’s next to a cool spot in Paraga. Convenient location near tram, lots of shop and shopping center just a stop from the tram. Will stay again once I’m back in Warsaw

This hotel is super conveniently located! You can get to Warsaw Central Station and Nowy Świat with just one bus, which was great for nights out. Old Town is also only about a 30-minute bus ride away, making it perfect for sightseeing. Plus, there are plenty of shops like Żabka and Biedronka nearby, so grocery shopping was a breeze. The room cleaning during my stay was minimal, but it didn't cause any issues. Just a heads up, the provided shampoo doubles as body wash, so if you prefer separate products, you might want to bring your own.

I chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport because of an early morning flight the next day, and it was incredibly convenient. The hotel is very close to Warsaw Chopin Airport, making it ideal for travelers catching flights. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service, which is very helpful for guests with luggage or early flights. The front desk service was warm and professional, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. Breakfast starts early, which is a great perk for business travelers who need to catch a flight. Overall, it's a standard and reliable airport business hotel with a significant location advantage, perfect for a layover before or after a flight.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms may feel a little dated but I found them spacious and incredibly clean. My room even had a small balcony over the street which was a lovely added bonus. Staff were very helpful and pleasant (although in Poland I feel smiling and giving a warm welcome are not in staff handbooks!🤣). I paid extra, 65 zloty (about £13), to have the buffet breakfast, I found it basic but plentiful. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. WiFi has a good connection and was stable. Plenty of public transport available very close to the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was not far from the Old Town about 15-20min walk. A bus stop right outside. Very nice hotel. Appreciated the free water machines. Lovely hotel would definitely recommend!

My big recommendation if you just on your way to Warsaw Chopin airport. Very new nice and clean hotel. We stayed there for one night and we had an extra bed Hotel stuff was very helpful

About a 20-minute tram ride from the city center. There's a supermarket and a drugstore nearby, and about 800-900 meters away, there's also a large shopping mall with a cinema and a big Carrefour. It's less crowded there, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. This area seems like a hotel district, with three hotels located here. Taxis can't enter, so they have to stop at the intersection, and you have to walk the rest of the way in.

I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. What makes this hotel truly special is its historical setting – the building itself is several hundred years old, and you can feel the character and heritage as soon as you walk in. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience that adds to the atmosphere of visiting Warsaw. One of the things I appreciated most about Castle Inn was the room. It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay. If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit. Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

The room was clean and nice ! A towel for each person and utilities like microwave, fridge was really helpful during the 6 days trip. About new towel, we need to recommend it to the front and they bring it to your room in few minutes. Only about 20minutes from city center, and next to hotel there's Wedel cafe so you can appreciate nice brunch nearby hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for your journey :) Thanks for the service !

The location is very good, the room size is also accepted; this is an apartment, three rooms, kitchen and bathroom sharing, non-hotel; The tenant/landlord next door cooks and watches TV again, which is a bit noisy; then the bed is too soft. In addition, no one cleans the hygiene, and I don’t know how to call the landlord to arrange it; Others are nothing, the price is not bad.
