Located at the quiet corner of Jalan Che Tak, it is just opposite the popular 2 dishes old coffee shop Chee Wah - Claypot Lou Shu Fun and fried chicken wings. We took about 10 minutes using Grab from Ipoh Railway Station to here.
Room
It is a small family-run hotel that won many accolades. We booked 2 nights - Duplex Family Room. One King bed on the ground floor and a very steep staircase to the second room where there are 2 single beds. A flat screen TV is also provided at this second room too.
We slept very well on the soft pillows and bed.
The normal amenities of a hotel are provided. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable.
Aircon is quiet and in good working order.
Bathroom
Clean with strong pressure of hot and cold water. Hanging hooks are provided.
Breakfast
It is served in the dining area on the ground floor. Very simple of local food but adequate.
Service
Friendly and warm. There is a lift at the lobby.

CCouple of spiritual beingsService was friendly and approachable, we were able to get fast attention from the front desk due to our room cards malfunctioned and in another instance one of the lift malfunctioned. Around 10 parking lots are ready for guests, with additional street parking.
Room and bathroom size is still maneuverable for Asians, and the design is of minimalist and modern style at the same time. Sound proofing is near to none as we can hear other guests conversation, whether they are at the corridor or next room.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

NNSAZ1903Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally friendly. However, I tried calling room dining but couldn’t get through — hope that can be improved. MMyra HmjEverything is convenient but something that i hate to say was the noise from the motorcylce group race and ramp among them from 12 midnite until 4.30 am. Can barely sleep. Hotel sud consider do some noise absorband on the window. Very very noisy.

NNak KamarI had a very pleasant stay at Ipoh Manhattan Suite. The unit is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The swimming pool is great condition especially for kids, making it enjoyable for families. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering both comfort and value. Highly recommended!

Llilis asyuraLokasi mmg sgt strategik if nak ronda2 kawasan Concubine Lane, Funtasy Trick, 22 Hale Street Museum, Platform Half, Gabriel Cafe, Pekan Lama Cafe dll. Just around the corner sahaja. Mike Pizza, Rojak Padang, Nasi Ayam Taugeh dan lain lain. Untuk mereka yg travel gunakan train n bus, sesuai sgt.
If nak travel ke Tasik Cermin, Gunung Lang bagai, kena ada transport sendiri.
The staff is friendly. Ada cerek letrik, tapi kena beli 3in1 kalau tgh malam rasa nak minum. Malam, mmg x der apa lah. Kalau nak g Gerbang Malam, boleh je jalan kaki dlm 27 mins kalau rasa larat la. But for my family, kami rela jalan kaki walau jauh. Dpt menikmati view malam yg kosong dan view siang yg menyesakkan.
Kami stay at family room with double queen bed. Walau bilik sedikit sempit but still comfortable. Bukan nak duduk bilik sepanjang masa right? Bilik air luas sgt, boleh masuk la 5/6 orang dalam tu.
Keadaan bau tu, bg kami ok je ala2 macam bau lama, bangunan lama. Especially kat lif. Dlm bilik x dak bau yg kurang menyenangkan. Selesa.
Iron, disediakan depan lif. Yes, hotel ni ada lif. Bg yg x larat nak angkut beg beso naik turun tangga, jgn risau. Ada lif sedia tuk digunakan. Ada juga water dispenser kat dapur kalau malas nak masak air dlm bilik.
Belakang bangunan ada medan selera. Pagi boleh la lapik perut sbelum gerak ronda tuk food hunting yg sebenar. Ada jam beso yg cukup time berbunyi.
Nak jalan ke ets amik masa dlm 15-20 mins. Kalau dr stesen bas Jalan Bendahara, dalam 27 mins. We prefer berjalan je semua. Baru feel ala2 tourist di negara sendiri.
