GGuest UserLovely boutique hotel conveniently located in the heart of Valetta. We were greeted with a warm welcome. All the staff were so friendly and polite. My room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Appreciated all the extra toiletries and facilities in the room. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was a delight and much more bountiful than expected. I couldn't fault this hotel. Top marks to all the staff.

AAnthony WSorry No photo but you can see Barrakka Garden from your window. The room is very clean, has internet, tv coffee, water. Close to everything you need. You still need to carry bags up stairs to get to elevator. Then from elevator to room. It's a cosy little suite.

The 24-hour reception is also very helpful.
The bed was very comfortable, but personally, I think a desk would be more useful than a vanity in the room. Breakfast is okay.
The night porter was very friendly and helpful, while the day shift was rather dismissive and always seemed surprised when there was anything to do. When I asked if they could call a taxi, I was asked in return if I didn't have Bolt or Uber.
I was given a key for storing my luggage: I put my suitcase in the luggage room in the basement myself, but if every guest has access, a locked room doesn't make sense.
The stay was okay, but I wouldn't book the Osbourne again.
