The hotel is very comfortable and the location is quite good. One hundred meters away from the city center, the hotel staff is very friendly and especially likes the hotel. It is very rich in the morning and can bring children. I hope that Chinese tourists can whisper a little, can close the door and make a small noise. It is better to think about others. Thank you! The people here are very friendly and there are smiles everywhere.

I am writing this review on the evening before we leave for home in the UK We have stayed at Hotel Valentina for one week From the moment we entered reception the service has been exemplary. The hotel is modern, well presented and spotlessly clean. Everyone of the hotel staff we have encountered from reception, bar staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff have been polite, efficient and eager to please. I cannot fault the service. We stayed half board and took our meals at The Avenue Restaurant, the food has been amazing and the service before the weekend was excellent, since then service has not been quite so good but this restaurant has only been open in this location for a week so some issues whilst bedding in are bound to take place. Rebecca, Maria and Andrea at the Avenue were delightful and did their level best to ensure we had a good experience but it appeared they had too many tables to serve on at any one time, that said the quality of the food made up for any shortfall. A very big well done and thank you to all at Hotel Valentina, you were a credit to yourselves and your company and superb ambassadors for Malta. Thank you

The Embassy Hotel in Valletta is quite simply SUPERB. The employees, to a person, are absolutely fantastic. It was a genuine pleasure to be a guest. Room great. Pool great. Food great. Staff are better than you’ll find anywhere in the world.

Excellent property with great location, extremely clean and comfortable, super friendly staff. Teo was extraordinary! He was a true example of excellent hospitality. He made our trip more exciting in Malta by guiding and giving us tips about the city and the attractions to cover in 72 hours. He made sure that everything was arranged for us accordingly. I couldn't thank him enough for the excellent level of service he had rendered. We will surely visit H Hotel on our next holiday and expect that will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

There are spiders on the walls of the room, and mosquitoes in the room have been flying, which is really unbearable. The living environment feels damp and a bit dirty. The bathroom is not too clean. There is no hair dryer in the public area, but many youth hostels provide hair dryers. The lights in the bathroom often go out, and the lights suddenly go out after taking a shower. The roommate was very noisy, still calling at one or two in the middle of the night, and didn't sleep well for three days. Except for the great attitude of the service staff, everything else is very general. Will not come again in the future.

Well, what a great hotel. We arrived on the opening day after a name change from the last hotel name (same owners, different name) We was meant to go to Las Vegas but it didn't happen so we went to Malta. The Hotel was stll being refurbished but a lot of the rooms was open, We was given room 3124 a gorgeous room, with a really nice view. We was shown to our room by Vikky (Viktoria, the Guest Relations Manager) after being checked in by Natalia (i think) We also got a bottle of wine for our long awaited honeymoon as our honeymooon kept being cancelled including the Las Vegas one. As Hilton Diamond members we get breakfast included in our room rate, Breakfast is an expansive affair with far too much to choose from, i went for Salad, i know, crazy right. but topped it off with a nice omelette. The outdoor pool is small but very good, the indoor pool much larger but far too hot for us. Service is great and fast, they was always out taking orders and bringing drinks quickly so you could enjoy more outdoor time. After a few days of being there we asked if we could upgrade to All Inclusive which turned out to be very good, we'd done everything we wanted to do in St Paul's bay so wanted to hang in or near the hotel. All the food is delicious and drinks, although confusing of what was allowed for AI customers, i made the suggestion of having a drinks menu of what drinks ARE allowed as we got a lot of you 'can't have that' A few members of staff made our stay really fantastic and always took the time to say hi and have a great conversation. These include Vikki (GRM) Lorenzo (bar supervisor) Jason in the same bar, always happy, always friendly and Desislav Juniper bar and other staff that we just didn't get their names. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main Square with a vast amount of shops, bars and restaurants. This used to be the old Dolmen Hotel and they have retained a lot of their staff, it's been nice seeing them adapt to a new system which can be challenging but they will get there in time. At the time of writing this review, there still are building works going on but getting less and less as its all getting finished. I was very happy that they treated me kindly and courteously without showing any dislike at all, even though my understanding of English was not good at all.

Perfect location. Clean room. Great service. Good view. But.... I visited in March when it was very cold. No heating and the sliding door had many gaps where the wind whistled in so my two nights were very cold and no additional blankets.
