Guest Useramazing room, advanced technology in rooms considered that this is a business hotel. however, the front-dest officers were quite shocked when they saw me. It felt like I wasn't supposed to be there - understood since the check-in time is 2200hrs. Not sure if they spoke English(again, understandable since we're in South Korea), so as long as you can speak Korean or even the basics of it, you're good. I spoke korean and the check-in process became significantly faster. Paid 90k won to check in at 11am(cheap for me since I just want to sleep). However, props to the housekeeping team, room was squeaky clean for the price paid. Bedding and pillows were extremely soft I had such a good sleep. Unfortunately I'm not coming to Incheon again, but I do recommend you try this hotel for a night if you're in Incheon. Excellent location actually, 5 minutes away to subway and many eateries around.

Guest UserThe extended stay apartment is ridiculously far from Central Seoul! Then again I was trying to be cheap because everything in central Seoul was expensive due to the fact the past weekend was the BTS concert which made prices of accommodation surge! However, the room was spacious for one person, the bathroom was clean, all basic amenities provided. Downstairs had convenience store, 24 hr coffee place so perfect to get a late night feed if you are hungry! But unless u are willing to pay for relatively expensive taxi rides into the city, better to stay closer! Otherwise subway can take up to 1.5-2 hrs one way to get to central tourist locations in Seoul! However, cherry blossoms were blooming in the area so it was a great to see some late blooms too! Check in is tricky at first, make sure taxi drops you off at the street given to you and then you need to walk through a shopping centre, go up 2 escalators, and then turn right to get into the lobby which is on 3rd Floor not Ground Floor.

Guest UserIt's super convenient for a layover, as you don't have to go through immigration and then back again. You definitely need to book this place in advance; there's no way you'll get a room last minute. I arrived around 8 PM, and check-in was really fast. I was given room 335, the first room by the entrance. The room isn't big, but it's perfectly adequate for one night's sleep. The shower pressure was great. I brought my own toiletries and towels, but I noticed the hotel provides towels, just no toothbrush or toothpaste. There were some small flying insects in the room, so the cleanliness was just okay. They provided two bottles of water, and there's an air purifier in the room. Apart from the poor soundproofing – you can really hear other rooms closing their doors – everything else is acceptable for a layover room. There are places to eat across the street from the hotel, so overall it's very convenient.

First of all, you must see clearly before booking. This hotel can only be checked in at 8 pm. It is not possible to do one minute early, and there is no room for discussion.
Secondly, the room facilities are very simple, the pillows are too hard, the bathroom towels are old, there are no disposable slippers, there are plastic slippers, and there is no shower cap. I also charged an additional 30,000 won for two days on the weekend. It was said that Trip.com had a rule. After returning to Shanghai, I immediately communicated with Trip.com and returned the corresponding RMB of 30,000 won. No one cleaned the room for two days. The garbage was not collected. I had my own garbage bag change and piled the garbage at the door of the room...
Closer to the venue, it is more convenient to watch the concert! There are many choices of places to eat in the convenience store pharmacy supermarket coffee shop. There is a not-so-big oliveyoung. There are basically all you need to buy, which can meet the basic needs of life. It is also acceptable to take a 20-minute taxi from Gimpo Airport!

Guest UserEven though the hotel might look a bit old from the outside, I have to say — I had a really comfortable stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.
What I loved most was the **super convenient location**. I chose this hotel because I was going to a concert at INSPIRE Arena, and it turned out to be only about 2 km away. I walked there and back with no problem at all! The streets are nice and safe, even late at night after the concert ended. No stress about finding a taxi or waiting for a bus — I just enjoyed a pleasant walk under the cool night air.
Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, a CU, and 7-Eleven stores that are open 24/7, perfect for grabbing snacks or drinks anytime. Plus, the beach is also within walking distance — if you have free time, you can stroll over for a relaxing seaside vibe too!
Overall, this hotel made my solo trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you're attending an event at INSPIRE Arena or just want a practical and comfy base to explore the area! 😊

여어어어어어어해해행The inherent inconvenience of the 복창 (Bokchang, likely a specific room type or hotel name) is unavoidable, but the location itself, near the Guup ferry terminal, isn't bad. The park and ocean view is great, but the bathroom drainage is poor and needs to be fixed.

Guest UserI got to the room early so asked if they do early check in but was told I couldn’t unless I pay by the hour. When they saw me sitting in the lobby to wait they ended up giving me my room early which I appreciated but waiting to see if I would pay or not kind of felt like a money grab. Overall the hotel was okay just dated. I ended up in what appeared to be a handicap accessible room despite there being a tub in the bathroom. All of the towels in the bathroom were tattered and had seen much better days. No amenities in the bathroom or slippers which I have come to expect from every hotel in Asia. I thought I saw they had a free shuttle bus so I booked this room but it ended up that there is only a shuttle to the airport not from. But overall a good hotel for the price

Guest UserStaying overnight during an ICN layover, the location is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Unseo Station. The road isn't great, but it's still pretty convenient. There's an Emart convenience store downstairs, and a CU just a 2-minute walk north, so you definitely won't go hungry. Check-in can be done at a self-service machine, and the front desk opens at 9 AM. The morning shift is a Korean gentleman, and the evening shift is a Chinese gentleman. There's also a rooftop garden on the top floor with distant views of the airport. I can't believe I never realized how convenient Seoul was for visa-free layovers before; I've been missing out!

긴The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature.
I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products.
In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could.
Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)
