"WARNING: Hotel does not allow extension- as I found out: you are not allowed to stay in the room between about Noon until evening or they charge an hourly fee. This was not at all clear ro me based on all of the information provided to me. Trip.com is aware and describes addressing the information issue on the Trip.com site. While not allowing stay through the day it is a very nice room in a great location---- just be certain to check in and check out in accord with policy times☆☆ I gathered check-in after 10pm (or 8pm.per a staff member) and completely vacated by 12-noon. Good Luck!"

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It had a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, which made things very convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and snack bars, so there's plenty of choice.

GGuest UserDK Airport Hotel exceeded my expectations. Super easy to find and get to (a few minutes walk from Unseo station exit 1); spotlessly clean, modern and friendly; close to shops, food, cafes, including a big Lotte which had a big selection of ready meals, fruit and drinks. A small room is normal in this part of the world, reflected in the price. Great for a 2 night break in a long haul journey. I felt safe and looked after as a female solo traveller. Would definitely return.

CChriseroThis is my second stay within six months, and it's my top choice for international transfers. The only problem is how incredibly difficult it is to book a room; they're constantly sold out. I've had to snag a booking in the middle of the night every time.
**Facilities:** The room is small, just enough space for carry-on luggage. It has a TV, shower, and hairdryer. The hotel also offers coffee and snacks. My only complaint is that the in-room air conditioning can't be fully turned off and blows directly on your head, making it easy to catch a cold.
**Hygiene:** It's okay. There were still hairs on the towels, and I saw some silverfish in the room.
**Location:** The location is unbeatable, a million times better than sleeping outside the airport. It's on the fourth floor, directly opposite gate 252, right next to the Matina Lounge. Super convenient for travelers.
**Service:** The front desk staff are very friendly. I had booked an 8 PM check-in, but we were able to check in just after 7 PM. Check-out is by 8:30 AM, but even with that, it solved a huge problem for me.

GGuest UserLove the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, you must see clearly before booking. This hotel can only be checked in at 8 pm. It is not possible to do one minute early, and there is no room for discussion.
Secondly, the room facilities are very simple, the pillows are too hard, the bathroom towels are old, there are no disposable slippers, there are plastic slippers, and there is no shower cap. I also charged an additional 30,000 won for two days on the weekend. It was said that Trip.com had a rule. After returning to Shanghai, I immediately communicated with Trip.com and returned the corresponding RMB of 30,000 won. No one cleaned the room for two days. The garbage was not collected. I had my own garbage bag change and piled the garbage at the door of the room...
Closer to the venue, it is more convenient to watch the concert! There are many choices of places to eat in the convenience store pharmacy supermarket coffee shop. There is a not-so-big oliveyoung. There are basically all you need to buy, which can meet the basic needs of life. It is also acceptable to take a 20-minute taxi from Gimpo Airport!

GGuest UserOur family of four – one adult, one middle schooler, and two toddlers – stayed here. We had two spacious rooms, one with two single beds and another with one double bed, which meant we never felt cramped and had a very comfortable stay. Although the building is older, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained. All the essential amenities were provided, so we didn't experience any inconvenience.
A big plus for families was having two bathrooms: one with a toilet and shower, and another with a toilet, bathtub, and shower. This meant we always had access to a dry toilet. The hot water supply was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the airport and its reasonable price are also very attractive. If you're taking the bus, be aware that it's about a 5-minute walk along a quiet, seaside road from the bus stop, so it's good to be cautious at night. We opted for a taxi.

The hotel is located on the quieter and more organised side of the station.. the other side which other hotels are is busy..
The room is brand new, everything was super clean. Even it had floor heater. But you have to switch on the water heater and the floor heater.. They have hangers for clothes and everything.. the price is excellent, though you'll have to buy your amenities from a vending machine.
The only thing I'm not sure of, why would you place a washing machine in a room and ask people not to use it! Before I know, I used it, as it was not written on it not to be used. They can simply turn it off and write a clear message on it, because I noticed that an automated booking message said it is not included in the room which is not clear..

AAqi_qi_besosI personally think it's decent, not as bad as some reviews say. It's suitable for a layover to Bitahai, being just two metro stops from the airport. The room has underfloor heating, and the facilities are all pretty good.

GGuest UserLocation is walkable from station but I’d still feel that there are hotels that are nearer. There are less foods stalls compared to other hotel. This hotel seem deserted as the only shop below the hotel is only a convenient store, the rest were vacant. Nevertheless, it was good for a night before an early flight tomorrow. It has all the things you need. It has pretty nice view too (I’ve picked the city view).
Near to the airport. Good accommodation. Access via Code. Great location if you don‘t want to get too far away from the airport.
What was remarkable: the excellent support via messaging from the manager pf the location. Great advice on restaurant and booking taxi for us within minutes. Super!

MMagnus TanI had a basic single room and it was basic, but got the job done for an overnight layover between flights. The free shuttle to the airport was the biggest perk, just write your name down on a list at the front desk during check in. That said, the hotel staff really need to take better care of the room facilities. The secondary lock to my room door was broken and the cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth was really dusty, so I didn’t use it. Finally, I had trouble checking in because my reservation was supposedly not captured, but it was, on *******! The staff told me that was an unusual glitch, but worth sharing. He was helpful throughout that 15-min ordeal though.
