The hostel is in a vallage and it is expected to be for local family or local visitor. The staffs are helpful and try very hard to communicate in English. The facility is fair that water pressure is not enough when 4 people use the public bath at the same time, it also takes a quite of time to produce warm water for showering. Besides, it’s better to have plastic glasses in every room to use.

This ”Lake Biwa Hills Village” is a completely different management from the ”Lake Biwa Hills Auto Campsite” next door with a similar name, and has no relationship. The pension is shared with toilets, showers, etc., but cleaning was sufficient. However, you must lock the room for crime prevention. I stayed with a dog, but it is a good facility from a dog's perspective. It was a stay from a distant place, but I was satisfied. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay with Wanko.

ホテル宿泊と違い、他の人がおらず、ゆっくり複数の家族でそろって、持ち寄りのパーティをするにはうってつけの場所だと思います。 窓からの視線も自然やカーテンで遮られ、ゆったりできる空間として最適でした。 残念だった部分としては、食器類や台所が清掃したのかというほど汚く、来て早々掃除からスタートで 綺麗な食器も怖くて洗ってから使用しました。 ２階のテラスも見に行きましたが、写真と違い汚い状態で使う気にはなれませんでした。 デッキのほうは映えるイイ感じでしたが、今回は虫が大量にいたため使いませんでした。 どうしても使いたい人は虫よけが常備されてないため持っていって使用するといいと思います。 個人的に、浴室内に椅子はほしかったです。
