The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. The view from the room was beautiful, with the ocean stretching out before us, and the food, especially the fresh seafood, was fantastic. The hot spring was also wonderful, leaving our skin feeling smooth. It would have been even better if we could have seen the ocean from the open-air bath.
