During our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan. The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.

The hotel is located in Kaga Shandai Hot Spring. There are fixed bus buses five times a day. It is not convenient. It was my first time there. It was more than worth the price! The accommodation, bath, and food were all above our expectations. My family and I have been talking about how we really want to come back. However, when my children and I asked the staff where the vending machines were at night, they were cleaning up so it may have been difficult, but we were completely ignored right in front of us, which was a little sad.
