Beautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

素泊まりだったので食事を済ませてチェックインが20時過ぎになってしまいましたが、丁寧に対応して頂き　けました。 夜食にお蕎麦があると言うことを知らずに食事をして来たのでお腹いっぱいで食べられなくて残念でした。 玄関の上の部屋だったのか、道路側の部屋だったので早朝2時30分のチェックアウトの方の話し声とお見送りのホテルの方の声が会話の内容までわかる程、聞こえます。 起きてしまう程です。お風呂は、山代温泉街なのに効能が書いてないところを見ると温泉♨️ではないのか⁉️と、思う感じでした。 朝にコーヒーがサービスして頂けるのは嬉しいですが、部屋に置いて頂けると下のラウンジまで行かなくて良いのにと思いました。 部屋は小さな子がいないのに、熊のぬいぐるみのある部屋で可愛かったです笑😆

Superb hotel, good service, kimono can be chosen, dinner is a topic, there are shabu-shabu, rich in variety, Japanese, Western, Chinese and even Korean bibimbap. The room is large and the tatami mats are very comfortable. The hot springs will alternate between men and women in the morning and evening.
