3-Star Hotels in Amami

ヤド・クッカルの看板がなかったので 入り口が分かりづらかった。 宿の前は、123マート・ジョイフルとコンビニ・ファミレスだし屋仁川の近くなので立地的にはとても良かった。 専用駐車場はあるけれど、ホテルの看板と電信柱の間に停める為、大きい車などは要注意。レンタカーを借りる時は、考えた方がいいと思います（ちなみに、ダイハツのタントでギリセーフでした）

Each lodge is very spacious with a nice, high ceiling, all in bare wood and containing all the essentials: A nice kettle, a good fridge (silent), a TV set, and also a sofa. The ensuite bathroom, shower and toilet is clean and very nice. There are mosquito screens on the windows and the outside areas are nicely landscaped. The restaurant area is a joy, really lovely. Uninterrupted views of the sea and the beach, which is a 3 minute walk away, through the extensive grounds. I was especially pleased to be picked up and dropped off at the airport and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no language issues at all. Given all factors, I do not hesitate to give 5/5 stars, however, I am extremely particular about food, and the restaurant suffers from the the common issue of re-using the frying oil ad infinitum. Overall, food quality was ”OK”, but not great. However, the exceptional location, and all other aspects of the accommodation, mean that one can still enjoy a perfect beer in a perfect location and not care too much about the cuisine.

A beautiful village with narrow lanes, a pristine beach within walking distance, a cafe with a top-quality local arts and crafts display, lovely service, and a friendly community! The DenPaku hotels and guest houses blend so well into the village, respecting the local atmosphere, that you hardly feel like you're staying in a hotel. If you're looking for a top-end dining experience, the hotel can provide transport up the coast to their stunning restaurant, with views that alone justify the visit. You can rent an e-bike to visit the nearby beaches. It's very close to the airport and the more touristic part of the island—without the tourists—so serene! I was there for the fireworks festival, and that was a treat! If you want an authentic Amami Island experience, head to DenPaku in Akakina!
