We extended our stay especially because of the location of the hotel. The room is small as is the bathroom, but it is clean. The water pressure is good for showering. There are very nice restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn't like was that light came in through the room since there are no curtains to block the light coming in from the common areas. The staff service is good.

I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

Was ok. The room was clean. Unfortunately there was a window, but only leading into a shaft with the AC. So basically not a window. The door was also made of glass showing into a hallway. Also not ideal. But the staff was nice and the location was good. So it's fine for some nights.

The guest house is new, clean and all the rooms smell good. It's very good in the room but the minus is the place on the roadside and it's difficult to park the car. The room is not so sound that cars, drones and ambulance sounds very loud in my room 308.kamar Next to my noise is like moving a mattress Because it is struck with the wall of my room. And was disturbed again when in the morning around 06.30 around Pesona Guest House there is such a loud dangdutan music. So in conclusion, the room and facilities are very good but the noise outside makes me unable to sleep .. and thank you for sending BF Maryam bread and hot tea. This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby. In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably. Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully. Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous. What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

The room window faces inwards, and there is a damp and other smells in the room. You can only change the room type and pay an additional fee.

There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
