2-Star Hotels in Klojen

Nice place

The hotel owner, an older sister, is incredibly kind and caring. My brother didn't return to the hotel that day, and when she couldn't reach him, she called the police. When she found him, he had already been in an accident and was in a semi-conscious state. She kept in touch with me, took my brother to the hospital for examination, arranged a ward and doctors, and even helped find a caregiver and contacted embassy staff. She truly is my brother's savior! When my brother's parents went to Surabaya, she also arranged their airport pickup and helped take care of them. She's such a wonderful person! (And her Chinese is excellent!)

Booked a standard room for one night, but they gave me a better room as the ran out of standard ones, so a bit of a plus? Room was clean, bathroom was clean as well so definitely recommend. The only issue I had was that like most tourist I am doing the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall/mt bromo / ijen tour and that means early start but there was a group of Indonesian tourists which were extremely loud from between 20:00 to 02:00 there need to be signs about quiet hours and enforced because it causes a lot of sleep issues for others. So my suggestion keep a pair of earplugs or noise cancelling headphones (what I did) and I could still hear them a bit but eventually fell asleep.

The location was very good, everything only a short drive away. Plenty of food options within walking distance, including Rawon Djenggot. The property is an old Dutch house, well maintained and a great place to relax with plenty of seating. Coffee and tea is provided in the mornings. Very comfortable.

very comfortable, strategic location, clean, thank you trip.com for evacuating me to a comfortable place from before I got a place that was not in accordance with what I ordered, on the recommendation of trip I was moved to this most comfortable place

Clean room, bathroom quite clean.. it’s just that the atmosphere is noisy at night rest, many young people play ps on the terrace of the house

Strategic location... roadside service is good.. food is not good

The room is quite clean, the water is hot but 1x time the water is going out. Air conditioner is cold

nice to stay here, comfortable, the room is also clean, strategic location

Facility conditions: five stars. The guest rooms have reasonable layout, exquisite decoration and advanced equipment. Especially the balcony overlooking the cityscape allows me to relax well after busy work. In addition, the hotel's gym and swimming pool are also excellent, providing a variety of fitness and entertainment facilities.
