The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. I was bitten by 6 bags, and the other was bitten by countless. The bag on my finger was finally connected to a white line, looking scary.
Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. The two men ran to the first floor for a meal, and finally gathered together the kitchen utensils and played pure water. The tap water can't be drunk when it boils, it's all water alkali

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old city and needs to find a place to park by yourself. But fortunately, we can find a nearby location every time. The hotel room was rebuilt from an old house, the bathroom was slightly smaller, but it was not worth mentioning compared to the style of the old city. Bathing is enough. The room intimately adds heating equipment in different locations, so there is no need to worry about the cold in winter. There is also a family-style breakfast, elegant and delicious. The boss is very interesting and will introduce the hotel and nearby dining very interestingly. Warm and rich in French humor, it is a very good person. Usually walking to the nearby church market or the papal palace is very close. We drove to Arles and Stone City, also within an hour. It is recommended to experience the style of the medieval ancient city.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.

The hotel needs renovation but was clean and the beds were super comfortable.
It also had a pool and, what we like most, it admits animals :)

GGuest UserHotel is OK for one night stay. The room is a little small. There is a small swimming pool. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel connecting to the city of Avignon. The price is a bit high, but this is the Avignon Festival time so I can understand.

LLeila_KAYAThe room is really very small. Two people live a bit crowded. The big suitcase is barely put down.
The location is good. Avignon Central Railway Station comes out and walks 700 meters straight along the main road into the city. It is relatively safe in the center of the ancient city.
The house is indeed old. The elevator was built decades ago. It is very small and old (of course the appearance is newly renovated)
The room provides bath towels, towels, bathrobes and shampoo and bath products every day. There is a separate bathroom.
Beds, furniture, etc. are still a bit old, but overall it is clean
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the praise is delicious or you can eat enough.
Service is also very good, the front desk has questions and answers English OK
It is very convenient to go to the attractions of the old city. You can walk to the hotel supermarket and other shops. The ancient city is still very beautiful.
