اعجبني كان مريح و راقي ونظيف و متوفر فيه مكانة صنع القهوة و سخان ماء مع الشاي و غيرة ثلاجة و جلاية و مكواة. و. و. ولم يعجبني عدم وجود موظف استقبال: مع انه تم الحجز و الدفع مسبقا كان؛ الدخول إلى الفندق يحتاج إلى مهارة في التعامل مع الهاتف مع وجود خدمة النت خارج باب الفندق؛ دون المساعدة كان صعب عمل الدخول من الباب الرئيسي.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
