Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

Although this guesthouse isn't centrally located, the owner provides shuttle service to and from the scenic area's shuttle bus stop, which is quite convenient. The room is a suite, quite spacious, nicely decorated, and very smartly equipped. Our family had a very comfortable stay. The balcony outside the room is filled with various beautiful flowers and plants, which is very pleasing to the eye. After sightseeing, sitting on the balcony, drinking beer, and enjoying the cool breeze washes away the day's fatigue—it's simply wonderful.

My main purpose for staying here was to visit Huangguoshu Temple. My requirements for a clean, tidy, and conveniently located hotel were top-notch. However, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It's newly opened, so the cleanliness and facilities are excellent. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, though a bit small. The Huangguoshu Ticket Center is about a 2-3 km drive away, which is a reasonable distance. There's also a parking lot nearby for easy parking.

This trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall with my family was a complete success, and the hotel we stayed at far exceeded my expectations – I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is superb, just 1km from the scenic area, very convenient. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and airy, with no feeling of confinement, and excellent natural light and views. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, the mattress is just the right firmness, and there are even latex pillows (I forgot to ask the brand), but my neck felt very comfortable after one night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the smart home system throughout the room – voice control of the lights, curtains, and air conditioning was convenient and the kids found it novel and fun. The owner was also very hospitable; at lunchtime when we checked out, he even introduced us to local food, mentioning chickens raised for five or six years – they looked delicious!

The owner was very welcoming, the hotel was quite clean, and it was very close to the scenic area. Parking was also very convenient. The only problem was that the exhaust fan was installed incorrectly; it should have been in the bathroom, but it was installed in the shower. However, the shower smelled a bit when the water was running. The breakfast was pretty good.

Room: The room was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness: Very clean, exceeding expectations. Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of choices. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle driver was very attentive. It's very close to the scenic area. The driver told us about safety precautions, and we also asked him about discounts for overnight tickets. Huangguoshu Scenic Area Shuttle Service: The car was very clean, and the staff were very friendly; just let us know in advance.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of food options right next door. However, the shower water temperature was incredibly difficult to adjust – the hardest I've ever encountered in a hotel. A tiny turn made it scalding hot, and a slight adjustment the other way made it freezing cold. I must have tried to adjust it over twenty times and still couldn't get it right for my child's shower. The staff's attitude was okay, but the breakfast selection was very limited. It's not worth the price.

I must praise the hotel's attention to detail! The bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet, the toiletries had a pleasant, light fragrance, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including local specialty rice noodles. The value for money was outstanding, and I've already recommended it to my friends. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, provided excellent service—attentive and patient. Thumbs up!

When traveling to Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou by car, Zhenning Hotel was one of the places to stay. The hotel is considered good locally. Its location is in a prime location in this small county, making travel and dining convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, the waiter was beautiful and welcoming, the pick-up was in place, the location was very good, and the travel was very convenient. The lobby style is full of taste. It is the highlight hotel in Guizhou this time and I am very satisfied. There is also a tea room in the lobby where you can rest or meet friends after the trip. I also tasted tea with my friends last night, which was very comfortable. I wanted to stay for another night and the room was full. Looking forward to coming again.
