This smart hotel really shows the owner's thoughtfulness. Enjoying a hot tea and reading a book in the lobby was so relaxing. The yak hotpot for dinner was absolutely amazing – I ate until I couldn't eat anymore! I probably had about 5 bowls of beef broth.

This guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

We booked the deluxe room with valley view. The room is small than standard Chinese hotel rooms, but I assume the space in the valley is smaller, so rooms are more compact. The view on the valley is truly amazing. Smart toilet, smart curtains, bathtub with view and oxygen improver round up the amenities in the room. The staff is friendly. The breakfast takes place in the hotel nearby, so not offered directly on the spot (this was on may 2026, maybe it changes in high season). Negative point are the parking area, which is a small common area behind the hotel (not private, so in high season could be complicated) and the cleaning of the room could be improved. Good for 1 night, but I wouldn’t do longer.

The room was spotless, and from the window, I could gaze at Mount Balang. Stepping out into the courtyard, I enjoyed views of Mount Balang on one side and Mount Siguniang on the other – truly delightful. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Since my elderly mother was with me and experienced some altitude sickness, the staff showed great concern and care. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. Considering we were in the mountains, the accommodation quality was excellent. Plus, their golden retriever and Mimi (the small dog) were both so well-behaved. Many thanks again to the owner for their wonderful service and good cheer during our stay.

The location is walkable from the gate of Shuangqiaogou and there are several restaurants nearby. The host and the staff team are super friendly and supportive. The overall quality of the room is good. But some facilities are not in perfect condition, for example, the bathroom drainage and the hair dryer did not work well. The air conditioner or heater in the bathroom should be great addition.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and there are many dining options nearby. The Zangse Street is great for a stroll. Environment: The environment is exceptionally good. You can see beautiful scenery right from the window, which is very unique and perfect for walking. Service: The owner is incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and patient. They answer all questions and fulfill all requests. The aunt and uncle are also very lovely and friendly. It's very close to all three valleys of the Siguniang Mountain scenic area entrances, and only a two to three-minute drive from the Siguniang Bus Station, making travel very convenient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our stay here was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the owner personally picked us up from the bus station, which made our journey so much easier. During our stay, we returned from hiking feeling very cold and requested an extra blanket. The owner was incredibly understanding and immediately helped us. Thanks to his kindness and the comfort he provided, we well-being, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. To be honest, the owner treated us more like a younger brother than a guest. His warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel at home. We already miss him. I promise that I will come back again, and next time I will bring many more hikers and travellers from my country to experience this wonderful place. I was traveling alone to clear my head, and I came by bus. When the owner found out, he drove to pick me up and even gave me a yogurt. In the morning, when I was heading to the scenic area, he saw I was alone and specially offered me a free ride. Ah, it was truly therapeutic! Not just the scenery, but also the hotel owner – there are still so many good people out there.

Very friendly ladies running this comfortable and affordable hotel. In a quiet part of town and with a very cute golden retriever. Room has floor heating and electric blankets. Be careful with leaving your luggage on the floor at night as the floor can get quite warm! The location is a bit far from the valley ticket office (as far as we understood you have to go there to enter all three valleys). You can walk it in have an hour or pay a slightly overpriced but still affordable taxi. If you go hiking multiple days doing the same walk to the ticket office gets a bit annoying. Some lower stars for the service because the experience of asking for transport back to chengdu was a bit disappointing. We asked if there was a way to go to chengdu the next day at 5 pm (so we could still go hiking). They said they could arrange a car, but not at 5PM. They then suggested 8 or 9 am in the morning. We agreed, thinking to catch an early train to Kunming and relax in our next hotel. Next morning we packed and presented at the reception at 9AM to hear that the car was delayed until 11AM! We got some extra breakfast and returned to find out there was more delays (apparently the car drove from chengdu in the morning). We eventually left shortly after 12. Tbe car proceed to driver very dangerously, overtaking in blind corners and even in tunnels! We were left at the western outskirts of chengdu and had to ride the subway for an hour to catch the last train to Kunming, arriving exhausted after midnight.
