KKelewzcThe environment is fantastic; you can see snow-capped mountains right from the window—absolutely amazing! The hotel is also very clean and hygienic, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The beef hot pot at the hotel is incredibly delicious, and the ingredients are super fresh! The hotel has an oxygen concentrator; I even experienced altitude sickness the next day, and although I had already checked out, the owner's wife let us use the oxygen in our room—I was so touched! I highly recommend everyone stay here when you visit.

GGuest UserCame here on May Day, the hotel environment is good, very suitable for this price. My girlfriend had altitude sickness at the time, and the sister at the front desk helped her get some relief medicine. She was very enthusiastic and gentle, and provided us with a lot of useful and convenient suggestions.

SShinicheeLocation was at the foot of the hill, but getting everywhere is convenient as it’s either within walking distance or just a cab away.
Owners were passionate about the whole setup of the hotel, and the wood they select is well thought. The quality of the wood is apparent, which made both the common areas and room smell fantastic.
When we faced difficulty operating the shower at night, the owner assisted us promptly. Suggest to get advice from owner on how to operate the shower if you’re like us; unable to operate simply mechanisms. 😅
Breakfast was great, and they even suggested potential places for us to visit in our future trips.

TTadrujee GGreat location near Changpinggou Entrance (easy walking distance), with restaurants nearby and one inside the hotel. The room was spacious, warm, and clean, with daily towel changes and an auto-flush toilet—though the shower floor had some drainage issues. The staff were outstanding, genuinely eager to help. They assisted with luggage, booked taxis to Shuangqiao Valley and back to Chengdu, and used translation apps and WeChat to communicate despite the language barrier.

Transportation: From Chengdu, take a bus 🚐 to Changpinggou; the owner is incredibly kind and will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. If you're driving, you can directly reach the hotel entrance, or use navigation 🧭 (Siguniang Mountain Health Center). The hotel is right across the street, with parking available at the entrance 🅿️, and the receptionist mentioned there's also an underground parking lot 🅿️. The hotel has a great location; the surrounding architecture has a strong local flavor 🏚️, and the weather was amazing, comparable to Switzerland ✨, perfect for photos 🤳. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully provided information on altitude sickness precautions. The rooms were very clean and tidy; my room had a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains 🏔️.
Food: There are many restaurants right outside the hotel, offering local specialties (mushroom hot pot, yak hot pot, a variety of Sichuan dishes and barbecue...).
There are also several restaurants, Luckin Coffee, and Chen Duoduo (a popular online food delivery platform) that offer delivery.
Overall, it was a great experience! 😄❤️☺️☺️

MM470721****I was really happy with the hotel I chose for this trip! The location is super convenient, right near the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was super soft, and the bathroom had no strange smells. You can tell the hotel pays attention to details. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming; when I checked in, they proactively recommended local delicacies and even helped me plan my sightseeing route. The breakfast had a great variety, and I especially recommend the freshly made noodles – they tasted just as good as a local restaurant. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI stayed in the dorms at Xidu Hostel in Siguniang. The location is decent, fairly central, slightly uphill but very close to the stairs leading down to the main street, with shops and restaurants nearby. About a 10–15 minute walk to the taxi junction, and the entrance to Changping Valley. The dorms were basic but had a good atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. The common area is inviting and great for meeting people. The shower could be cleaner (some hair left behind) and there are no towels provided, only small disposable face-towel size ones, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, a friendly and enjoyable place to stay

GGuest UserThe location is great, across from the Changpinggou Tourist Service Center. The room has a mountain view, but there's construction going on right in front. This newly built B&B is spacious and clean, with an elevator. You can also eat in the lobby on the first floor, which is quite convenient. The owner is also very welcoming.

CCompactI have a pimple. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. The boss even sent a driver to pick him up. He was very enthusiastic and treated a group of us to lunch. It was a good experience.
