3-Star Hotels in Pu'er

This is the first time we came to Pu’Er and we feel very lucky to have booked this accommodation. We As soon as we entered the property we were welcomed and invites to tea by our wonderful hosts. Even though we cannot speak much Chinese, our hosts showed imense patience and understanding. They offered us advice for travelling, shared different types of tea with us and we received a lot of smiles 😀 The room was beautiful with a lot of wooden elements, large balcony and the spacious bed had the perfect hardness to have a proper good night sleep. It was also very clean, no mosquitos and no bad smells 🙌🏼 The location is also great. It is a quiet and clean area, with a beautiful coffee place by the lake and restaurant near by. Also a small convenience store. We hope to come again here im the future. Thank you again to our lovely hosts 🙏🏼

Not suitable for tourists wanting to explore the city. There is nothing much around it, no restaurants or shopping. It is at least a kilometre walk to where most stuff is. The photos make the place look grander and plusher than it actually is. The snack and drink station is free for your taking but it's just poor quality coffee and snacks. Breakfast is low quality basic buffet spread that's cold and mediocre. Overpriced room based on such low cost freebies. They have free pick up from train station but the guy they sent was unpleasant and unfriendly. Service by the two young receptionists is great. They are helpful and takes initiative. Cleanliness and comfort of the room is very good. It was an overall pleasant stay but I wouldn't choose it again.

We had a great stay at Xiang Tu Gu shi Jing Yun Shan She. The owner is a local Dai family who grows its own tea. They helped us tremendously in orgnaizing local transportation options since there is no didi or other taxi app, they also helped us to arrange a local tea making experience as well as also offered delicious selfmade tea in the evenings with pleasent conversations. The room was nice and the breakfast was great as well! We will stay here again the next time we come to Jingmai mountain.

This is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in the best way possible. The owner and his team are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The breakfast spread is simply outstanding! Our room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with tea, coffee, bottled water, a kettle, delicious snacks, and fresh fruit. The sandals, bathrobe, and towels were impeccably clean and individually wrapped, which was a nice touch. We arose early to embark on a quick 15-minute hike to catch the sunrise, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—totally worth the early start (check out the photos!). I wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

My overall experience during this stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with bright yet soft lighting that created a very comfortable ambiance. The room's fragrance and the toiletries all smelled high-end and pleasant. The hot water in the bathroom came out incredibly fast, which was a great experience. The biggest highlight was the hotel's service. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive throughout. As soon as I arrived, they proactively offered to help with my luggage. They would always greet me when I passed them in the hallway – these small details were really heartwarming. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for travelers. If the machines were occupied, I could just put my dirty clothes in the laundry basket, and the staff would proactively wash them. When I needed to dry clothes, they would thoughtfully ask if high-temperature drying was okay and if I had any special requests. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which was incredibly stress-free. However, there were two minor issues that affected the experience: the hotel WiFi was very slow, and the in-room smart home system didn't work properly. As someone who enjoys watching short dramas, not having a stable internet connection really impacted my daily usage, which was quite frustrating. Putting aside the network and smart facility issues, both the hotel's hardware and service are commendable. I hope they can optimize the internet and smart devices in the future. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite close to the railway station (2.5kms away). It is not in the nicest area of the city, but you can take a bus or walk 30min. The room was sparkling clean and it is very modern and comfortable. It also has a cute tea set to prepare your own tea. I really enjoy my stay there.

The location is great, right in the center of the village. You can enjoy the sea of clouds and sunset from the second-floor tea room without even leaving. It's very relaxing, and the staff's attitude is quite good. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. Although you can enjoy free tea in the second-floor tea room, it's a bit disappointing that there are no complimentary tea bags in the room. Even hotels not located in tea-producing regions usually provide tea bags in every room. 2. If the shower and toilet aren't separated, they should at least provide a pair of plastic slippers. Otherwise, wearing disposable slippers after a shower is very slippery and easy to trip. Not wearing any shoes isn't hygienic, especially since it's about 2 meters from the shower to the door.

Absolutely superb rooms clean spacious and modern. The view from our balcony out the tea terraces was lovely. In fact the whole will be a succulent paradise when all construction is finished and no doubt they get a better chef as the establishment becomes rebounded for offering party spaces groups whether they stay at the hotel or just visit for the day. Breakfast can be ordered to suit your personal requirements. A good establishment with fantastic potential lets hope they succeed.

A great experience in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy. It is very ok to live in. The front desk staff is very good and patiently explains the fun and delicious things around. There are also many places to eat nearby. This stay is really good, just like returning to your own home! The room is very carefully decorated, and every detail reveals care. The sheets are soft and comfortable, which gave me a great sleeping experience during the tiring journey. The service attitude of every staff member in the hotel is also super good. Not only did they welcome us warmly, but they also provided timely help when we needed it. Will come again! Collapse
