The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the city center and attractions, and convenient transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was very comfortable, and the view was wide to enjoy the night view of the city. The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city. I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

My friend asked if there was a laundry room, and the receptionist said we could just give her our clothes. They even brought them up after they were washed! So thoughtful! Additional note: One of the receptionists was really pretty 🥰
