"The room was incredibly noisy, and there was a yellow stain on the sheets. Having traveled to over a dozen cities in Henan, this was such a terrible experience for me; I don't want to come back a second time. When I arrived at night, I saw it on Ctrip for around 250 yuan but didn't book it. When I asked at the front desk, it was over 280 yuan. I mentioned it was over 250 yuan on Ctrip, and the staff said they didn't understand, then opened the computer and started doing a bunch of things. At the same time, I couldn't access Ctrip anymore. Then she said, "Then book it through Ctrip." I clicked again, and it was over 290 yuan. In the morning, I could clearly hear the cleaning staff next door; there was no soundproofing at all. Not to mention the noise from people in the hallway. I never give bad reviews, and I certainly wouldn't write so many. Vienna is truly awful!"

"There are many hotels near the train station, but I advise against staying at this one unless absolutely necessary. You'll find: frequent street vendors, an arrogant and irresponsible front desk, visibly dirty blankets, and notices warning you not to damage anything. The reasons are as follows: 1. The hotel's service has extremely serious fundamental issues. a. Serious bug: We booked a room on Ctrip, but upon arrival, they told us it might not be available. They told us, as a matter of course, that we had to wait, and we might not even get a room. Absurd! Why put it on Ctrip and ask us to book if there weren't any rooms? After communicating with Ctrip customer service, I finally got a room. Thanks to them, they probably upgraded me, otherwise I'd still be living on the streets. b. The front desk was extremely rude and had no service ethic at all. They initially made us wait and offered no solution. We had two large bags and had booked a room, but were told we'd have to wait. Then a room became available, and they told us it was in 717. We went upstairs and saw 701-720, but not 717. Looking at the room card, it was in 718. Hilarious! The front desk is also a prankster. In short, this hotel is abusive, with terrible service and a rude and chaotic atmosphere. Vienna is a chain, so they're probably careful about their reputation. Be careful of this one in Luohe. 2. The environment is problematic. Vienna is supposedly a mid-to-high-end Jinjiang Club, but as soon as we entered, we saw a black stain on the quilt and a small flying insect. 3. The hotel's demeanor. Sleeping on the bed was clearly marked with a list of damages and compensation items. This place is as luxurious as a palace. Guests are made aware of the value of these items upon arrival. Be careful or you won't be able to afford it. Our visit to the hotel turned into a visit, which made us feel very bad."
