My overall stay exceeded expectations; I was very satisfied in all aspects. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, very personable, and communication was smooth throughout, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The hotel offers plenty of perks: free parking made traveling worry-free, so self-driving guests don't need to stress about parking. Free coffee in the common areas, rich in aroma, was available anytime. Plus, the free laundry and free gym were incredibly practical services, easily meeting my laundry and fitness needs while away from home. The room was very spacious, open and not at all cramped, with a simple yet elegant interior design. The mattress and bedding were just right—neither too soft nor too firm—ensuring maximum comfort. Breakfast was a real surprise: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a wide variety, leaving me fully satisfied every day. The hotel's overall cleanliness was meticulous, showing attention to detail. With thoughtful service and excellent facilities, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I like it better than other hotels. I have stayed in several hotels and only once had a disposable toilet seat. I hope that disposable toilet seats will be placed in every room in the future.........

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

I basically stayed here every time I came to Hotan. This check-in experience was extremely bad. When I checked in, there were two people chatting at the front desk. It took them 3 minutes to check me in, and they ignored me. The same thing happened when I checked out. It was like I owed him money. I checked out at around 10 in the morning and asked for an invoice. They said they would issue it in the afternoon, but it was almost 6 o'clock and they still hadn't issued it. They even sent me a WeChat reminder halfway through. He doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t reply to WeChat messages. Finally I got through using the phone number on Ctrip, which wasn't too troublesome. Super bad experience

The hotel is very close to the Hotan Museum and is very convenient. The hotel is on the10-12 floor of a building. There is no need for a door card. The whole floor is casually entered. It is a bit of a safety hazard. The takeaway brother can even send it directly to the room. Hotel smoking control is not strict, this is a common problem in Xinjiang, many residents open the door to smoke. Basic hygiene is acceptable, but the carpet in the room is not known for a long time, or what reason, it is really dirty; The towel has been furry, the toilet pressure is not too smooth, maybe the hotel needs to be upgraded and updated. The room room attendants are very good and the front desk feels so-so. There is a dryer in the laundry room. The washing powder needs to be asked by the waiter, but it may not be there. In addition, the hotel's pick-up service, everyone needs to leave enough time, there will be accidents.

Overall, the hotel is good value for money and I would reccomen it to any foreign traveler.

The room was old but large and bed comfortable. Bathroom was old but water was hot. Breakfast was substantial and food value. Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.
