This hotel’s automation impresses me - from ROBOT delivering food to your room (sending u messages on your tv and talks to u), room key used to tap not just your room, but the lift (ur floor automatically lit up without u pressing), and tapping at breakfast place to indicate your room instead of asking for ur room number. WASHING MACHINE availability can also be seen real time from ur room’s tv channel so u dun have to run down to find out. So glad we stayed for 4 nights - been a good place to rest after daily outings. 👍☺️"

The front desk clerk is very polite and the customer service manager Turson called me in advance and sent me the location of the hotel, room facilities and equipment, and the room WiFi password through WeChat. "The decoration and hygiene of this newly opened hotel are really great. On the first day of our stay, we found that the water pressure in the shower was not enough, so we immediately reported it to the front desk when we left the next day. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. After taking photos, they said they would contact the maintenance staff immediately for inspection. If the repair was not possible, they would change our room. As a result, we were still in the same room, with the water pressure slightly higher than that of gravity water. There is too much dust in southern Xinjiang. Every day when I go out for sightseeing, my face is covered with dust, and it is difficult to go back to the hotel to take a shower."

The restaurant has an elegant environment and a rich and varied menu. Whether it is local specialties or various exquisite Western and Chinese dishes, they all taste delicious. The ingredients are fresh and the cooking is exquisite, and every dish is like a work of art. Dining here is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a visual feast. The other facilities of the hotel are also very complete. Guli at the front desk treated me very well and made me feel the warmth of home. Highly recommend this hotel!"

The pipes under the bathroom sink were aging and leaking, causing the floor to be slippery. There was a sudden power outage at 1 a.m. and the power facilities were unstable."
