The details of the whole season are great. When you check in, the front desk lady sent warm water to the room. The room is warm and comfortable, the bed is neat, clean, no smell, the warm toilet is separated from wet and dry bathroom, breakfast is also delicious.

For context, we were in Laoling on business and ended up staying here almost a month in total spread over two visits and many bookings. The good: Quick check-in. Staff spoke basic English. They provided one extra desk and chair on our second visit (but not on our first which was for 18 days). Very good value rooms. The suite is fairly spacious (but doesn't even come with a desk or chair which seems like a basic omission). The location next to the biggest mall in Laoling. One member of staff was very helpful when we left something behind after our first stay. Laundry room is very helpful (note that you don't need detergent, it's automatically added!). The bad: They flatly refused to give us an extra desk on our first visit despite doing so on the second so we had to buy it ourselves. They wouldn't program our key cards to be valid through more than one booking, and often even when renewed they still didn't work. There was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow. The toilet was hugely annoying, flushing once and splashing you as soon as you sat down (why I have no idea!) and then again as soon as you stand up. The ugly: Staff, including management, were unhelpful to the point of ridiculousness both before and after we arrived. Communication, even though we speak Chinese, was incredibly frustrating, and we were extremely angry by the time we arrived. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in China and it really spoiled our entire stay.

I like the room which is so comfort and clean. The room was also ready with humidifier, it's really good especially at the cold weather which the humidity is low. 😉

I decided to stop by for a night on a whim and found a great value hotel. Cleanliness was paramount! It was visibly clean and thoroughly disinfected, and peace of mind was paramount! The smart butler service allows for voice control of the entire room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. Unlike other hotels where the pillows are missing, I didn't take any photos, but the actual view is definitely much better than the hotel photos.

I chose this hotel specially and I was not disappointed. The lobby decoration is very stylish, the room is spacious and cleaned spotlessly. The front desk staff is very efficient at check-in, answer all questions, and the service is particularly intimate. Traveling around is also convenient, the overall living experience is excellent, have the opportunity to come again

Bring your family to Leling to play, and the experience of staying at Lingyun Zhijin Hotel is very good! The hotel is very new, well-equipped, and there is a gym and billiard room, which children especially like. The front desk is very intimate and there are attractions recommended next to the elevator. We drove to the nearby Leling Zoo and saw tigers and lions. The children had a great time and were more than 2 kilometers away from the hotel. I also went to the free Chongsheng Park and Rose Ridge Scenic Area, the scenery is beautiful. The road in front of the hotel leads directly to the Millennium Zaolin and the Fulubian Revolutionary Memorial Park. It is also very convenient to punch in the filming location of ”Tang Tan 1900” Leling Film and Television City. It is highly recommended to friends who come to Leling to travel.

Our family had such a fun stay here. The staff were superb, the cleaning staff were especially thoughtful. Convenient parking, great location close to the mall. Thanks for everything. :)

This whole season that received foreign customers chose, the location is easy to find, the navigation is direct, the door space is open and the parking is convenient, and the surrounding restaurants are very close to the customers. The sanitation control is strict, the corridors, guest rooms, and elevators are eliminated many times a day, and the bathroom is non-slip and dry without dirt. The rooms are spacious, with leisure sofas, large-screen TVs, and constant temperature hot water. The customer feedback is comfortable and high-grade, and the follow-up reception will be booked.
