The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the check-in at the front desk was efficient and welcoming. The location is close to Xiange Lake and Sinv Temple. There are many foods around, convenient travel, and very cost-effective. I will choose this one next time I come to Wucheng.

For context, we were in Laoling on business and ended up staying here almost a month in total spread over two visits and many bookings. The good: Quick check-in. Staff spoke basic English. They provided one extra desk and chair on our second visit (but not on our first which was for 18 days). Very good value rooms. The suite is fairly spacious (but doesn't even come with a desk or chair which seems like a basic omission). The location next to the biggest mall in Laoling. One member of staff was very helpful when we left something behind after our first stay. Laundry room is very helpful (note that you don't need detergent, it's automatically added!). The bad: They flatly refused to give us an extra desk on our first visit despite doing so on the second so we had to buy it ourselves. They wouldn't program our key cards to be valid through more than one booking, and often even when renewed they still didn't work. There was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow. The toilet was hugely annoying, flushing once and splashing you as soon as you sat down (why I have no idea!) and then again as soon as you stand up. The ugly: Staff, including management, were unhelpful to the point of ridiculousness both before and after we arrived. Communication, even though we speak Chinese, was incredibly frustrating, and we were extremely angry by the time we arrived. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in China and it really spoiled our entire stay.

The room was spacious and bright, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It had smart voice control, a smart toilet with flushing function, and convenient underground parking. There were many restaurants and shops downstairs, and it was close to Dongzi Garden and the museum. However, the room had a strong smell of smoke, there was hair under the kettle, and the floor in front of the toilet had urine scale or limescale, which looked very unpleasant. The breakfast was so-so.

I like the room which is so comfort and clean. The room was also ready with humidifier, it's really good especially at the cold weather which the humidity is low. 😉

I decided to stop by for a night on a whim and found a great value hotel. Cleanliness was paramount! It was visibly clean and thoroughly disinfected, and peace of mind was paramount! The smart butler service allows for voice control of the entire room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. Unlike other hotels where the pillows are missing, I didn't take any photos, but the actual view is definitely much better than the hotel photos.

The stay experience was particularly comfortable, and the store service staff was kind and enthusiastic. The check-in and check-out procedures were very efficient and there was no delay throughout the process. The room cleaning is meticulously done, and the daily needs are called to the front desk. The response speed is very fast and the problem can be properly solved. Travel inquiries, luggage storage and other extra services are also intimate and thoughtful, treat people with courtesy and proportionality, high-quality service greatly improves the goodwill of staying, and will give priority to this next trip.

Leaned against the headboard and read a magazine for a while. The ventilation in the room was excellent, and the air felt very fresh. The shower had great water pressure, and the temperature control was very stable. It was incredibly quiet at night, with no strange noises, which made for a very satisfying sleep.

Overseas business partners visited Dezhou for industry inspection and stayed at the All Seasons Hotel on Jinghua Avenue. The location is excellent, with factories and logistics parks concentrated nearby, making it very convenient for business meetings. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they proactively offered local travel and dining guides, and packed portable breakfasts were available for early risers. Room hygiene was of a high standard, with floors, windowsills, and under the beds all thoroughly cleaned. The facilities were new and complete, the high-speed internet was smooth, the desk was spacious and suitable for organizing documents, and the wet/dry separation bathroom had stable water pressure. It was a comfortable stay throughout.

Hygiene: clean, tidy and comfortable, Environment: Quiet, suitable for rest Service: The check-in process is quick and the customer service staff is gentle and courteous.

What impressed me most was the staff's service—whether at the front desk, in the guest rooms, or in the restaurant—everyone was patient and attentive, truly making me feel at home.
