Our family returned to China to visit relatives and stayed at the Texas Home Inn neo. The front desk service was really friendly and welcoming! We arrived a little early, and the front desk lady took the initiative to help store our luggage. When checking in, we also took the initiative to help us handle membership discounts, and explained the precautions in a soft voice throughout the process. Because we don't have a domestic mobile phone number, it is very inconvenient, and it takes a lot of trouble to get various matters, especially patient. During the period, various services were very intimate. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Such a professional and warm front desk and high-quality hotel service are a perfect experience for our return home. It must be highly recommended. I will come here next time I go home to visit my family!

Friendly counter staffs, clean room and good laundry services, upgraded my room while checked in. Will stay here again while coming back. This is my fourth time staying here, proven good hotel.

Not bad, I chose it mainly because of its convenient location. The room was quite spacious, but when I changed from a king room to a standard twin room, the complimentary breakfast was gone. Canceling was too much of a hassle, so I didn't bother. I booked this for a friend.

The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean, but the carpets in the hallway could use a deep cleaning and there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel even though there were ”No Smoking” signs everywhere. The employees at the front desk were all very nice and accommodating. They deserve much praise.

Staying at the Cloud Hotel in Dezhou Wanda Plaza was such a great deal! Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart devices in the room were great, especially the voice control for the lights and air conditioning. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Cleanliness was impeccable, even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The receptionist was friendly, check-in was quick, and she even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dezhou!

I stayed here for the first time this summer, and I felt it was excellent in every way. My second stay was on October 5th, during the National Day holiday, and the bathroom reeked of urine! I'll definitely consider a different hotel next time I return to Ningjin!

It takes only one hour to wash and dry clothes. It is very convenient to wash clothes. Parking is also convenient. There are many restaurants around. You can eat barbecue and home-cooked dishes. There is a Debai shopping mall nearby. In short, everything is good and satisfactory.
