This hotel is the best decoration of the Hanting Hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment, facilities and sanitation are first-class. The bath water is very sufficient. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Song's service, are particularly warm and thoughtful. Xiao Song's service is aware of the service attitude from the service. First-class, The parking lot is under property management. My car has a little encounter in the parking lot. Xiao Song called the property to explain the situation as soon as possible. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean, but the carpets in the hallway could use a deep cleaning and there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel even though there were ”No Smoking” signs everywhere. Staying at the Cloud Hotel in Dezhou Wanda Plaza was such a great deal! Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart devices in the room were great, especially the voice control for the lights and air conditioning. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Cleanliness was impeccable, even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The receptionist was friendly, check-in was quick, and she even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dezhou!
