The bathroom had a thermostatic shower with stable water pressure, so no sudden cold surprises. Now, for the service: I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk clerk, energetic and friendly, helped me check in. He even asked, 'Would you like me to put your takeout in a warm box?' When I checked out, I left my charger in the room. They promptly called me, arranged to ship it to my next destination via SF Express (cash on delivery), and even included a packet of fresh flower cakes. The cleanliness was impeccable; you could inspect it with a magnifying glass. The glass cups were fingerprint-free, the remote control was in a disposable sanitizing bag, and even the air conditioner vents were spotless. Right next to the hotel is a farmer's market where fruit is incredibly cheap, almost free. In short, this hotel, much like the locals in Kunming, is authentic and straightforward – no fuss. I booked this online; the price was transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently traveling to Anning for business or with elderly family members.
