The hotel is well managed. The front desk staff have good service attitude and high efficiency; the customer service staff are warm and thoughtful; there are more breakfast foods, and the waiters are enthusiastic; travel is more convenient.

硬件設施較好，可惜衞生及服務跟不上。剛入住就發現床上有頭髮，打電話給前台要求重新更換，服務員來了以後態度極差，聲稱有頭髮是正常的，很不情願地換了。第二天請酒店送了一瓶水，一個從沒見過的品牌，還加收了2塊錢。

選到了這麼一個奇葩酒店也不知道是攜程的問題還是人品的問題。
先説設施，全屋沒有一個傳統的機械開關，但是居然沒有一個主控，就是你得抹黑走一圈去關燈。一個漂亮的大浴缸，水龍頭居然擰不出水，浴缸也沒找到關閉下水塞子的方法。
早餐更是奇葩，第一天轉了一圈硬是沒一個能入嘴的，第二天好一些，吃了點涼炒飯。
最奇葩的是這個檔次的酒店居然瓶裝水額外加還要收錢，一瓶2塊，你們真的很缺這個錢麼？而且還是不知道什麼牌子的破過濾自來水，看照片吧。
然後不僅奇葩更令人氣憤的是#我同事吃草莓用毛巾擦了一下，然後讓我們30塊陪毛巾！我*！招待所都沒這條款了，真是小刀剌屁股——開了眼了。提醒想住這裏的朋友，千萬別用他們家的毛巾，30塊啊！

房間安靜，交通便利，酒店旁邊吃飯較方便，衞生乾淨，服務態度熱情周到，對家庭旅遊，商務出差都比較好，非常值得選擇。

出差來安寧，突然奇想住一夜，就定了這裏。
價格感覺偏高，設施啥的還行，衹不過備註了無煙房但是還是有煙味，可能地方上的酒店沒法避免這種情況。
服務態度好，入住時還沒打掃完，前台給予道歉和重新安排房間，並安排休息等待。
房間其它都好，就是感覺洗澡水量不太大，熱水很難調整到自己喜歡的温度。而且衞生間和床之間大玻璃沒有遮擋。。難道是為了。。。
比較驚喜的是早餐，種類味道都很好，服務態度和藹及時。酒店離寧湖很近，可以轉轉。

提前一週預訂的房間，14:00之後辦理的入住，房間沒有可打開的窗户，房間裏煙味很濃重，處理措施衹有噴灑空氣清新劑或者大開房間門，並且更換完的床品上還有毛髮。300+一晚的酒店原來是這種服務品質，很是令人驚訝。
