3-Star Hotels in Grindelwald

The hotel is located high up on a hill, offering great views on a clear day. It's also very close to Grindelwald station. Before check-in, the owner emailed me to fill out my personal information in advance, but it was a bit tricky to do, so I figured it would be easier to just fill it out at the front desk when I arrived. However, when I got there, the lady at the front desk was quite displeased and deliberately made me wait for a long time, claiming that if I had completed the online form beforehand, I wouldn't have caused such a delay. All in all, despite that, it's a charming local chalet with beautiful weather and scenery, making for a great experience.

酒店離火車站很近，走路也就200米，衹是在一個山坡之上，拖着行李箱爬坡很是費勁。老闆比較嚴肅，會一板一眼把注意事項要求跟你講清楚，也會幫你把大大的行李箱拎上樓。 房間算寬敞，該有的設施基本都有，衹是吹風機有點老舊，古董的感覺，不影響使用。服務枱經常沒人，打電話倒是時時有人，有事還是電話方便。陽台對面羣山環繞，可以看日落雪山，無敵美景，在陽台上晚餐甚是享受。 不知道老闆一家是不是德國人，一就是二就是二。早餐想換個位子坐，老闆娘非常不解，你們已經坐了這裏，為什麼要換呢，後面兩天依然把我們領到了同一位子。早餐感覺都差不多，各式麪包加各式奶酪香腸，再加酸奶水果雞蛋等等。雞蛋有煎雞蛋和炒雞蛋配培根，需要跟老闆娘説了會專門做。 酒店還有SPA和桑拿，可以免費享用，桑拿需提前一小時預約。 總結，位置優，環境佳，房乾淨，就是不要期待可以享受笑容和熱情。

If you like the mountains and the views, it's great. The service is excellent and the reception treatment is very pleasant. The room was new and cozy. It was quite spacious and had a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the croissants. The location is on a hill, about 950 meters from the train station, which was a bit tiring to walk up with luggage.
