Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. 在攜程預留的民宿電話是錯的，在我們抵達時一直聯繫不上，到處找電話耽誤了很久！民宿也沒有發密碼，而是發郵件讓登記證件…攜程也沒有提醒讓登記，導致一直兜兜轉轉不知道怎麼聯繫上民宿進去，體驗感很差！！搞了快兩小時才進去！！！

Great stay overall. The hotel is just 4 to 8 minutes away from Bern main station, which makes it extremely convenient for travel and city access. It is well suited for long stays, with comfortable rooms and all necessary amenities provided. The view from the room was excellent and exactly as shown in the advertisement, which was a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are quiet despite the central location, making it a good place to relax after a day out. Overall, a highly recommended option for both short and long stays in Bern due to its location, comfort, and accurate representation online.

Location is 10-12 minutes from city centre by tram and about the same for major train station should you wish to do day trips to Belp, Thun etc. Room is clean and staff is friendly although they keep chasing you for your room number if you get breakfast too (I did for all my mornings). Room is ok, bed is comfortable but heads up if you face the tram you might hear the outdoor noise until midnight or so. Reception staff speak good English and is helpful if you need any suggestions for your trip.

Three-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. (I can't remember) Service attitude is very good.

Very clean, one day I went out late and missed the time for the staff to clean up the room. But when I went back to the room at night, the room was well sorted. It should be that Miss Sister sorted out all the rooms on the same floor and found that I left so I went in and sorted it out. Very intimate and very good. The room is also very large, bright and comfortable, the facilities are very new, and I will choose to live here again in Bourne!

Self-check-in. The receptionist was very nice. The single room was small, but fine for one person. Convenient location. About a 7-minute walk to the train station.

I booked the most basic room. I thought it would be small before I checked in, but it was perfectly adequate. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel is connected to the train station via bus number 10 and the 3A bus, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The service was excellent, with free coffee and tea. There was also free drinking water in the hallway. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and very clean. It was even better than the Marriott I stayed at in Barcelona!
