Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Great stay overall. The hotel is just 4 to 8 minutes away from Bern main station, which makes it extremely convenient for travel and city access. Three-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. (I can't remember) Service attitude is very good.

Location is 10-12 minutes from city centre by tram and about the same for major train station should you wish to do day trips to Belp, Thun etc. Room is clean and staff is friendly although they keep chasing you for your room number if you get breakfast too (I did for all my mornings). Room is ok, bed is comfortable but heads up if you face the tram you might hear the outdoor noise until midnight or so. Reception staff speak good English and is helpful if you need any suggestions for your trip.

Amenities are only hand soap (it says that they can also be used as body soap and shampoo), so you need to bring it yourself. Tram 3A is closer to the station to the hotel. Bus 10 and tram 3A are also a little far from the station, so be careful. A free ticket email for Bern was sent about the day before. Download the app. It was very good. Be careful because there is no refrigerator, no kettle, no coffee. There is a coop about 5 minutes walk.

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is a few stops away from the main station by tram or bus and seems to be located in a safe area. The hotel also provided a code for free transportation in Bern area.
