Great service. Well located hotel. There are no drinks to choose from in the refrigerator, but everything else is great! !

Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

The transportation is quite convenient, the environment is OK, it is good to stay on a business trip

The owner is really nice! Even though there was a problem with the trip.com platform which showed the wrong availability on the website. The moment I booked there was actually no availability anymore. But the owner was very responsible even though this was not his fault and he help me find a close by hotel for the night! And also offered me to have breakfast at Seringal, which is really great! The breakfast itself is also a plus!

Overall it is a good evaluation. I was trying to clean it. It's an old building, so it's a little dirty. Location is also good. You can walk to Centro. There is Uber so you can easily go to the suburbs. It is difficult for unfamiliar elderly people to walk because the front of the hotel is a slope. The receptionist was good. I always smiled. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast was simple and the same every day. Facilities include a pool and gym. But the facilities are generally old. Foreign showers have weak water pressure and poor drainage. The elevators also get stuck.

The location is excellent, 200 meters away from the big hotel next door Gao inn, the facade is a bit small, the equipment is just in the middle of the law, but it is rare that there is no washing powder smell of the Brazilian hotel, it is relatively clean, the quilt is washed and sealed. In this respect, I can score 65 points, but after adding the service of the restaurant, it really makes me very satisfied! The breakfast is full, although there are not many types, but there are some. A buffet of 15 Baht is also available! It’s a gospel to the little poor who I am too lazy to forage.

Spectacular pool and very good treatment from the staff. Correct breakfast and food. Good caipirinha at the pool bar. Some details need to be improved: half-broken pool loungers, sauna area shower, fountain cleaning, etc.

Located very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price.
